Puchase of computer

I took the advice of a trusted relative when choosing the computer. I was sent a link from him and opened the link. All the information on this link was clear. I was able to identify the computer that had been recommended to me and it was easy to make the order. The computer was delivered as expected and arrived on time and was well packaged. I had no complaints at all about making this purchase or with its delivery.

Bought a laptop from the Asus online store. Process was easy and there was a lot of choice. Chose Asus as they get great reviews. Bought extra warranty at reasonable price. Items delivered quickly. Very happy

10/10 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought ASUS Zenbook when it was in SALE. I used discount code as advertised in website. When I received a confirmation of purchase email. I was shocked to see an invoice from LaptopOutlet. I was a bit worried when looking into negative reviews. OFCOURSE!! Your mind captures most of the negative than positive. But to be honest there were more positive review than negative. So I waited patiently, then my product arrived. Opened the box, brand new. No problem what so ever. Happy with the service and quick delivery. Will definitely purchase in the near Future.

Very happy with purchase

Product arrived on time. Well packaged and in perfect condition.
Everything was as specified - no issues, although keyboard layout different from my last two laptops - this will take a little getting used to.
Would be happy to order from this supplier again.

ASUS Review

Placed order and received within 2 days. Extremely easier to set laptop. I do feel the ASUS store could be made a lot easier to navigate around when ordering.

Useless

Useless. I purchased a piece of cardboard 2 weeks ago which was purportedly a warranty extension for my son's FX laptop, but when I tried to apply it to my laptop it failed for *reasons*.

All I know so far is that ASUS can't apply it either. I have had no reassurance that ASUS will honour my purchase (the laptop becomes a year old today and therefore the warranty extension cannot be applied). Despite submitting all relevant proof more than a week ago all that's really happened so far is that I've given ASUS £90 and they gave me a bit of cardboard and told me they don't really understand how it works. I fully expect them to reject my warranty tomorrow because it's more than a year after purchase, then they'll close the support ticket, possibly I'll even get a refund eventually, but that's not really very much use and I'll have to put all my energy into rectifying the problem, which will be tedious and time consuming. I'd suspect a scam but ASUS do link to this shop from their website, and it does seem to be incompetence on the part of ASUS. I should add that the shop themselves have been quick to respond, but they don't seem to have any power to actually do anything so that's not much use to me.

£800 laptop lost in repair or stolen, who knows

Bought a laptop as a present for my kid for Christmas. Camera faulty. Send back for repair. Laptop gets collected by DPD. I receive notification that it's been repaired and being sent back by DPD.
And now it starts!!! DPD won't release the laptop to me as according to them it's a swap. Laptop goes back to ASUS and now ASUS don't know where the laptop is. Essentially I have just lost £800 worth of laptop.
Called 3 times and being told the response time to each one of my calls is 48 hours, but that is each time I ring.
The way I see this is simple. THEFT.
My advise is this - if you buy anything of them, ensure you never ever have to repair it or else consider it gone.

If you can go elsewhere, I suggest that you do.

I bought a £750 laptop, and needed delivery within 3-4 days, the 4th being a Saturday so I paid the extra £6.95 for 1-2 day delivery. I received two emails immediately confirming my delivery, but then nothing, forcing me to calll them 6 days after placing my order. After being on hold for 15 minutes while they searched through "something strange", I was told that it would be arriving the next day, and that they would refund me the £6.95.

I could have got the same laptop from Amazon for £699, though they did not have stock and delivery would have been delayed. As it happens, it would have arrived from them the same day, and I would have been better off it I'd ordered from them.

I explained the above to ASUS, but I was only offered a cancellation, nothing else, and now my daughter has to wait another month before I can give this to her.

As far as I'm concerned this has been a breach of contract, met with the 'what are you going to do about it?' attitude that is all to common these days.
