Just a little reminder that with every order, we send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, this is always the quickest way to keep an eye on where your parcel is. If that email ever ends up in spam, it's worth a quick check there too :)
From what I can see on my end, your parcel has actually been waiting at your chosen pickup point since the 28th, and it looks like it may have been collected yesterday! I am amazed
Lots of photos of the dress made me see it was possible for me to wear. Cuz of my size. It was one size but this made me see it really is one size fit all! Love everything about it and it came very fast!

Super fun easy way to wear very true to its one size material absolutely fantastic but super delicate.
I love the fact that it was super easy to order. It took a while to get here. DPD is a terrible courier company, but then again the article that I purchased from toonzshop was incredible.

I'm sorry to hear the delivery experience was frustrating though, and I completely understand. With our standard shipping option, parcels leave France via our national postal service, which is extremely reliable; but once they cross the border, local partners like DPD take over, and I'm genuinely sorry to read that the experience wasn't up to standard in Portugal :(
Good to know for the future, if you'd like a smoother delivery experience next time, our Express option ships via DHL, which tends to be much more consistent internationally.

Everything fits and comfortable!
Finally an online shopping experience where the size guide is accurate, all the clothes fit perfectly! They are very comfortable and the materials have good quality. The packaging is environmental-friendly. The delivery time was relatively short.

The dress I bought is very beautiful and it's perfect on me! The service is great and the support team is very expeditious. The only thing that turned out to be less good was the fact that I had to buy it twice (the first time, the courrier didn't manage to deliver it in my address, so my package has returned to toonzshop). In spite of that, toonzshop team was very helpful in this.
