I am organising my financial affairs and wanted a copy of the title deeds to my property and so contacted UK Land Registry for the first time. The person who took my call, Tian, was very helpful indeed. Within 5 minutes of the call completing I received by email a copy of the title documents which was well within the 2 hour service level they set. Overall, my experience was very positive.

I spoke to Nash at Land Registry office. She was extremely efficient and very quick. She answered my questions and emailed me the required details within minutes of speaking to her. The whole experience with the Land Registry was excellent and exactly what I wanted

Customer service manager called me back to address my ‘complaint’ - but basically said my fault for calling them, no onus on them to point out that are overcharging for the service & not the official site - bunch of tricksters

The speed of which I attained my request for a copy of the Property Register. OK there was a fee to pay which was acceptable but well worth the service.

Response to 'phone call was thorough. I was surprised that I was able to apply for title information over the 'phone for another party.

I was unable to find an old email from UK Land Registry showing my title deeds and lease etc.
Within just 10 minutes they responded and sent me another copy. So appreciated.
