Good reliable service
Prosec did our home Burglar Alarm annual Maintenance visit recently. Very straightforward to arrange and pay for. The engineer was polite, punctual and helpful. We have used Prosec for many years, always with positive experiences.

We had a routine service and a new detector was fitted. Very polite young man looked after us, his name was Jamal I think. Had a little confusion over the invoicing but all was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Prosec have serviced my alarm for years longer than I can remember. No fuss, no bother just good service, year after year. Tony, is very punctual to his appointments, has never let me down and is an efficient, knowledgeable and of good character. Always a pleasure to have him on our yearly service
