UK SLEEPING MEDS 

Your order will probably arrive before or just after the tracking email. Mine was on hold then the tracking email arrived in the morning 2.5 hours before the post came. Ordered Mon morning arrived Wed. 48 hours order to delivery.

RM, I placed and paid for an order on Sunday too, went from on hold to processing on Monday and not had tracking yet but my last order I didn’t get the ‘shipped’ email until after it was delivered, was still showing as processing when it arrived at my door, still got it next day delivery so don’t worry too much it may still arrive today. I think updates are just a little slower at the moment due to a backlog of orders but I’m sure orders are still being sent. The Xmas and new year holiday for Royal Mail hasn’t helped the situation. Other companies are experiencing similar delays. Crossing my fingers that this order arrives today.

ive used this company for over 2 years now and cant rate them high enough , major downside in fact only downside is communication once ordered but cmon folks we all know why but bottom line is you order they deliver everytime if not its royal mails fault well in my expieriance anyway , lets not forget about the prices either cant be matched anywhere and they know it

I would of given these guys 5 stars at one point because they have always been quick and efficient. But after having some trouble with my last package I am quite disappointed in the response I received!

It’s been 10 days today since I ordered. I messaged at 7 days to say my parcel was stuck their end. They completely washed their hands of me and told me not their problem. I don’t care what they think of us ordering the meds from them but they are still a business and regardless of their policies they state to customers, they do legally have to check up on a parcel that hasn’t arrived in the time frame stated! And if it doesn’t arrive in the time stated they are to refund or replace. Whichever the customer wants!

All you guys saying it’s nothing to do with them well you’re all just too scared to upset them cause you want your meds! I for one am not and can get the meds elsewhere! Only reason I started using them was cause you could pick certain Brands of medication.

Just because you are buying something from this company illegally it doesn’t mean you are going to get yourselves in trouble for kicking up a fuss! In fact they will be the ones in trouble if more of you Just speak up and know your rights! Why do you think they constantly change bank details and stuff? Because they don’t wanna get caught haha!

Funny how after I gave them a deadline of today to get my parcel sorted or to refund me and told them my rights as a customer. The parcel magically on its way to me now!

Like I said in my messages to you guys you don’t just wash your hands of customers if they have trouble with their orders or else you’ll lose custom. We’re not all Junkies you know!! Some of us just can’t get the meds that help our conditions! These meds can be bought elsewhere! Think you’ll do well to remember that next time!

I’ll probably be banned now for this review but oh well, I’ll go elsewhere if I need meds next time! I won’t change this rating either so don’t ask me!

Longest I have ever waited. Understand bank hols etc but why hasnt it moved? Is anyone else in same boat?

Guy was pretty rude - tried to place an order and he wanted copy of my passport or Driving license ….. can’t believe he had the audacity to request these or even more are customers actually doing it?!? I obv refused which resulted in him telling me he didn’t want my custom 😂😂… no problem plenty other companies out there that don’t require your ID, was only wanting pills not a mortgage mate!!

Glad you got yours Hazel and everyone else. The frustration is grrrrrrrrr. But, it won't get here before next week now I guess so. Royal mail.......UGH

Another 5 star experience. order placed Tuesday night, order confirmed by morning, tracking sent this morning when I checked it had already arrived! Cannot fault this service one bit.

Lot of my reviews removed by trust pilot. Issues lie with royal mail staff shortages so I would give the company time

Annie monday and tuesday were bank holidays so he wouldn’t have been able to post it until yesterday as post offices were closed so It should either arrive today or tomorrow
Don’t go giving them low stars over that because it was out of their control

Ordered Tuesday, no tracking received either. No reply on WhatsApp. Fingers crossed we receive today. I have had one time where tracking wasn’t received until after it was delivered hopefully they’re just busy and can’t get tracking out to everyone.

Edit: tracking is still saying it’s at the post office, loosing hope of this ever turning up. Anyone who didn’t receive today have tracking saying it’s moved? I think RM has either lost a bag of Mail or intercepted it 😬😬😬😬

Received my tracking and it’s still saying it’s in the post office. Which is utterly fantastic isn’t it. I have had this before and the item turned up, as Royal Mail just hadn’t scanned it but given another person has said the same I’m not holding out much hope. Royal Mail are ridiculously bad. Special
Delivery is supposed to be top of the shop. 😡

Can not go wrong with these guys. Spot on. Communication is a little slow and I am impatient haha but all in all great service. Real deal - No fakes!! At all.

I've been buying from this company for almost a year. (with at least 20 orders)

Any time the site needs "maintenance" ⛑ I get sent the new URL or simply ask.

Every order I placed I've received the exact order!

Stick an order in on a Sunday, transfer that night or Mon morning order gets posted that day, emails update after 10pm with tracking ID (that's an example of the service I've received)

And would have no problem recommending.

Cal, you sound absolutely off your head. You're proof they sell placebos like Val said. If the meds worked you'd be chilled and come across as sane. Instead you're mad. Like Robert said anger fueled by 😨 fear.

Listen you're all scared of a rip off company disappearing. As well as being well behaved as they have you over a barrel as you're all addicted.
I lost £600 on "lost" meds. Why are you all scared? Because that last post by CAL is anger fueled by fear when they go. You're just showing yourselves up.

FAO CG I wasn't banned but I've read folk have for asking what UK PRO MEDS thinks irrelevant. And as for if I was "tough"?! I hope when this lot go, and they are going, you feel so bad, you'd rather be in hell as that'll be better. And I was buying in bulk for the long holidays. But unlike you, CG I'm no junkie. You see what happens.

I’ve said it before but I’ll keep saying it.
This company is AMAZING.
Only time I’ve ever had a late delivery it’s been Royal Mails fault, and even then it’s only been about 3 times
I ordered yesterday morning hoping it would arrive today but expecting it to arrive after Christmas.
It arrived first thing this morning.
Can’t fault them at all.
