Due to arrival via Shannon Ireland and tgen a flight from Dublin to London I eas unaware that traveling to and from London on Eurostar required an ETA application as I have been traveling for over 30 years. I was stopped at border to say I did not have the correct eta and I may possibly have to take a day to get the correct papers and do all on line. I was able to do on line thanks to the help of Jessa who responded promptly, corrected errors in application and completed the approval with 6 minutes to get on Eurostar. I made the original train and can now meet my work obligations before catching flight back to US. A very stressful and unexpected situation was resolved well. Thank you.
