I received a call within 30 minutes of lodging my application to say there was one thing missing. She held on the phone while I emailed it and then confirmed my application had been received and would be processed immediately. An hour later I had the confirmation email. In my opinion that is fantastic service

Oh wow! I have been telling everyone I know today about my amazing experience!
Today I uploaded all my info.Within ten minutes I had received an email... with a real person's name attached to it, explaining there was an issue with my passport photo. Five minutes after that I received a phone call from a UK number.it was the person who had sent me the email. Not only was this a real person (such a rare treat!) Who was actually reaching out to me, but she was warm and friendly... delightful!
