My armor 7 was as advertised, but on the first year of usage it started loosing battery for 3 to 5 hours after charging. I had to ship it to another country for a warranty service and I was left without a phone for a month. Now one year later I have the same hardware problem and it is draining the battery.
The phone is not misused or damaged, it just has the same hardware problem as before and needs to be serviced. Now every single service shop in my country has told me that Ulefone is not suppling them with spare parts and they cannot fix my phone. I am not sending it for a service abroad, I am just going to use another brand.
Disappointed
I have the Ulefone Power Armor 18.
Greatest disappointments:
• Camera. Pixelated when zooming. Seems like a 10 MP, not a 108 MP when zooming just 3x.
• No Night mode/shooting in low light.
• No difference between shooting with or without HDR. Must be a software problem?
• Bokeh is imprecise - Ulefone have difficulties distinguishing motive from background.
(using the recommended Google camera app).
• Face recognition doesn't work.
• Thermometer is imprecise.
• Shortcut button only works when the screen is activated, which takes precious time, when photographing e.g. It should work instantly without having to unlock the screen first.
• Weak WiFi connectivity.
• Displaying ads in file overview.
• etc.
- How do you intend to fix this, @Ulefone ?

Armor 20WT not waterproof
Can you believe that after 5 days of usage , I have to throw a 400USD phone away because I tried the’ ‘underwater camera’ in a bit of fresh water at home ! It’s all corroded inside. armor 20WT
I offered to send the phone back to the factory at my expense so ULEFONE can inspect it and see what went wrong. But they refused because they already know that some of their phones leak. good luck with ULEFONES !!

I have had 3 Ulefone devices so far and had nothing but a good time with all of them.
I would like to note first, IF you are buying a phone like this or any other than isn't direct from a carrier, you need to look up what Cellular bands the phone supports. If the phone is missing some bands your Cell carrier uses, you will lose out on coverage. If you run into this, there is nothing Ulefone, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc can help you with. The hardware just isn't there. Make sure you match your purchase to the carrier you're using.
From Ulefone, I've owned 3 devices so far. First was an Armor 9 (thermal camera phone), an Armor 13 (giant batt), and the Armor Pad.
I had the Armor 9 for about a year (bought 18 Jan 2023) and I had broke the screen pretty badly. Parts were easily available, ableit ship from China, so there was a delay. I was able to repair my broken screen and replace my USB-C port (as preventative maintenance) with ease. I used the thermal camera to help diagnose issues with equipment at work and the phone was solidly reliable.
I picked up the Armor 13 when it came out because it's massive 13,200mAH batt enticed me. I bought it on 19 March 2022 and i've been using it ever since. So signs of battery issues or the like. I've dropped and beaten the heck out of it and it's taken it all like a champ.
I've only had the Armor Pad for a little bit of time but it has done me no wrong. I just works. I've been primarily using it as a glorified GPS in my car.

uSmart E02 Dual Camera Endoscope problems
I have my Ulefone Armor 18T since December last year. I am using rugged phones for years and this one is THE BEST so far.
The reason for only 2-stars, is their CUSTOMER SERVICES 😥🤬 ... Initially, I didn't want to bother them, but find solution on internet by myself, why THEIR PRODUCT 'uSmart E02 Dual Camera Endoscope' that I've purchased and have smart connection on 18T phone, DOESN'T WORK?!
I have found by researching internet that a number of people have same problem, but ... nobody wrote a solution or mentioned any app 😢
Went on Google Store to find endoscope apps, but all of them are for USB connection, not for uSmart.
Anyway, very annoyed by Ulefone not responding, which is sad, despite they have excellent products, even this endoscope, which performance and possibilities I watched on YouTube.
Pathetic Support
One morning some of my Armor X10 settings have changed by themselves, and I can't use the pop-up keyboard any more. I emailed three Ulefone support lines and in two days got an answer from one of them that all the staff are out of the office for the next 7 days. Apparently I can't call them.

I bought ulefone armor 14 pro last May , after the phone drop from the chair to the floor the next day stop working.
Contac ulefone costumer service and ask too too many questions and do not provide me a solution, zero start for the phone and the company, specially to costumer service.
Data roaming
Hi everyone, I purchased a ulefone armour 8 pro a couple of year back for it's robust and waterproof properties. However being a frequent traveler to the continent fishing it soon became clear on the first trip there was a problem with the data roaming.
Luckily I had my old Samsung in the glove box which I had to use the hotspot from so I could navigate using maps.
ULEFONE AND ALI EXPRESS REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM!
Or even reply to me after sending some settings and a YouTube video which did nothing (it was just how to change the APN which I'd already told them wasn't the problem). Seen as I loved the fine so much however I foolishly purchased another when my charger port failed in the hope it wasn't a problem throughout their range. I was wrong and in January this year I purchased the armour 18. Immediately after arriving in Calais my data shut straight off the Google page stating 'turn on data roaming' was once again ruining my trip and the reliance on my old Samsung was again to save the situation. I arrived back to the UK in mid June and haven't managed to get even a reply email from neither Ali Express or from Ulefone.
This has now enraged me and is probably the reason why we don't see these in the high streets of the UK. Because their refusal to even engage in conversation with a loyal customer to resolve what is probably a simple fix to the company but impossible to anyone else.
Such a shame for such a brilliant product/company to be fundamentally floored and refusing to acknowledge any problems
Can't call 20% of my contacts
The 5 star reviews on here are all in broken English, I'm highly sceptical. 20 % of my contacts drop out the moment they answer my calls , put sim in my old phone. No issue. Typical Chinese product, relies on single sale rather than repeat brand loyalty. If a phone can't make phone calls what good is it

Worst piece of junk I ever had. Charging doesn't work, the system throws random errors that will never be fixed. Buttons activate themselves randomly and the connection is poor. And in the end incoming calls were blocked and I had problems because of people not being able to call me.

Purchased phone in December
Purchased phone in December. In May the charging port stopped working. I have sent three emails to ULEFONE. Everyone has been ignored although the phone is under warranty. I would file a BBB complaint; however, there is no US contact that it would make it possible.

Bought the ULE fone for it's ruggedness and security features. Battery power is great. The Finger security stopped working after one one month. Tried everything to try and reset the system. No resolution. I bought the phone due to not having a repIacement phone and needed one ASAP. I emailed the company and they would not replace it rather send the phone back and they would fix it. Gone for a couple of weeks at least. So not an option. Now my facial recognition stopped as well May 2023. Ironically I convinced my wife and 2 kids to buy ULE Phones when I bought mine. Looking after the customer.....not great. Security.....not what I bought.
Avoid Ulefone - Battery Swelling and no Customer Service.

Had previously Ulefone 7 decided to buy new one, Ulefone 11T5G....well first month was pretty good and enjoyed. After a month of usage had system collapse after reset whole system to factory settings everything returned back to normal. Unfortunately all information was gone too. Now it's less than a year, phone got into heavy rain and water managed to get inside phone and it literally had short circuit and stopped working. Also battery max lasted 1 day no matter what before phone died. Price is not that good for this phone and quality. And no point paying for such a huge battery...

Basic Functional No Bloatware No Spamware No proprietary hardware or software.. NOT made for the average phone user. If you expect to go outdoors exposing your electronics to the environment this phone immediately shuts the door on other phones . Even if you just drop it in the toilet consider this phone to be made for the outdoor enthusiastically recreationally driven person, like at work for trades people who work outside the average typical soft clean and green environment.
How did it come to this, buying plastic PVC on one side and glass on the other side for 1000$ and expect it to last !?
