Luckily

Luckily, I only bought cheap hosting for a trial. The service couldn't be used, the password was wrong, and asking customer service was useless.

Worst hosting service provider I…

Worst hosting service provider I experienced since I started business in the 90s.
Server outages in Singapore gave me no access to any emails or FTP, all websites down for 8 days, in February/March 2026, no compensation or credit from Ultahost. Now, since two days no access to Cpanel or any of my email accounts, cannot access the links for Teams and Zoom meetings with business partners and advisors. Only excuses from Ultahost but no solution or appology. This is how an American company in the "top 10" of hosting companies is treating his customers! Worst service ever and move back all me domains and accounts to European / German and Singapore providers, though might slightly more expensive, but WAY MORE reliable!!!

Scammers.

I canceled my hosting, but they are still trying make me pay every month. Scammers.
EDIT: You have my email address, because yesterday your support answered me "we will not refund you". I made a dispute with my bank and I will go to the police if I don't win the dispute.

Website hosting

Still weird.

Weird, and really not for business.

Changing your setup how they want.

Iordered and payed for a server. Then I noticed that's it's only 6gb ram usage max. But they advertised it as a 128gb ram server.

After a while I asked them why it's locked at 6gb so they answered me fast and made it to unlimited ram usage, after some day I noticed that they locked it again but now at 8GB.

And said it's because server performance issues and that some things went up to 300gb ram usage. But I really don't believe it.

They just saw that my server was never go over 6-7gb ram, and they just locked it. And told me I can have more if I need it.

Don't make any sense. For what I am paying a fixed price if they just change dynamicly the whole server setup for what ive paid.

At all I don't trust them.

They talk to much in the support tickets.

If they would hold their word. It would be better than just change server setups.

The best thing is that they changed my whole server from one to another only because something was not right.

They just did it fast without asking me. I had already server files on the server.

They are trying to play with people
Don't trust worthy at all.

Maybe in the future better but RN I'm confused and not happy at all.

They say it's solved.

No it's not.

I had a server with 50 slots for DayZ.
It had 300% CPU max, 6gb ram max, and 20gb storage.

After support they fixed it by doing everything unlimited.

After one day, they revert everything and did limit to ram 8gb and storage 50gb

Sounds good yes but.

I bought from them one server with 12 Slots same game

The specs from Server were the same as 50 slots.

After a while they changed it again to 8gb and 50gb storage. So they know already that 6 g is not enough already for 12 people.

So you pay them to edit the max player number in the config file. Not the real server specs.

U get same specs, don't matter how many slots your server have.

I feel a little bit scammed.

If I order a server with 50 slots and it has the same specs as the server with 12 Slots. What I am actually then paying?. I mean then it's just easier to buy dedicated server. It's nonsense.

Give better specs for more slots

So now instead of one 50 slot server, I ordered for less money 4 serverssl with 12 slots. And u will not believe me but all server have same specs as I had it before.

So I pay less, but they need to give me more.

Actually I can just rent plenty of servers with minimum of slots and they need to run useless ram for nothing.

It's a bad idea to charge people for slots.
