The product I bought is of very good quality and I am thankful for that. However, there was a long delay in receiving it - even if it wasn't their fault.

Bought a skin for my Nikon Z5 and it fits perfectly.
The quality of the skin is very good and colors are as expected.

Where to begin!
Well first off, I accidentally ordered the wrong skin!😅 no sweat though because I reached out and got a response right away by Christian who was extremely nice and helpful. Made sure I got a refund and sent over the correct order right away.
I got to say that I was extremely nervous to install the skin for the very first time and was very questioning in this all being legit. I have my new skin installed on iPhone 15 pro max and love it!!
I will be definitely ordering again, specially with the customer service I received!

Ordered Clear Series Skin for Macbook 14" (2024, M4).
I managed to rip the skin when putting it into a tight sleeve. Contacted Christian and he offered a replacement, free of charge.

Can't recommend enough.

Die Installation lief nicht ganz glatt. Am unteren Rand habe ich mehrere Blasen, die sich nicht beseitigen lassen. Meine Supportanfrage wurde zwar etwas spät, aber sehr freundlich und vor Allem zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Gegen Übernahme der Versandkosten bekomme ich einen Ersatzskin. Dankeschön!

After buying a screen protector I was unsure if I had to gel it or not.
I'm 74 and not used to all the new fangled way to do things.
I contacted Ulta Skinz for some advice via email and had a reply back almost immediately.
The screen is now safetly fixed to my S9 ultra tab and I must say it is perfect . I bought the matt one as I want to be using it to watch tv in my motorhome,I'm sure it will do nicely.

Great customer service and helpful with any queries after buying their products.

The skin I ordered was off-cut and not correctly fitting for the device. Putting on a vinyl skin isn’t rocket science, but when the skin itself is offset by half a centermeter in some areas, and leaving about an inch of blank area on the side.

Based on that they’ve not product tested enough before creating the skin, so you’re better off going somewhere else. You’d think I might of got the wrong skin? No, definitely the correct device that was advertised.

They don’t respond to customer service questions. Impossible to apply the film to an iPad without dust collecting. No video for an iPad installation provided. Also unable to leave a review on their website

ULTRA Skins has room for improvement. While some products seem top-notch with decent customer service, others fall short. Many skins don't fit well, with some feeling cheap and poorly designed. Delivery issues have occurred, though replacements were provided. Overall, ULTRA Skins offers a mixed experience, leaving a lot to be desired in both product quality and communication.

Fast shipping and their customer service team were quick to respond to some questions that I had.

Poorly fitting skin. I don’t think the makers have ever seen an iPhone 16 Pro before. The adhesive is weak and inconsistent. It sticks well in some parts but very poorly in others (especially the thin bit that goes above the camera bump). This was a total waste of money. Avoid.
