Umidigi A15T is an amazing phone with all top features for a fraction of the price of these other big names phones like Samsung and IPhone. I'd recommend this phone to my family members and friends.

The A15 is easy to set up and use we just set the phone beside the old one and it did the transfer
The camera is great and the battery seams to last as specified ,The readout is good in light conditions .

The wrost phone I have ever purchased in my life. I bought one cheapest phone of umidigi but it's been just little more than one month the phone is not working it only works when i connect with the charger if I pull charger off it's off this is how bad it is . I understand cheap phone is not that good but at least it should last few months right?? But this is crazy don't buy

I feel compelled to let people know how bad their after sales/customer service is. I purchased 2 tablets via Amazon from UMDIGI. One constantly reboots and will not work. This started less than 3 months after purchase. Amazon advised I had to go through the brand as it is under warranty.
I raised the issue in March, sent purchase receipts, videos of the issue and I'm still going through the same process. They acknowledge my issue, change the status to "waiting" then a week or so later I received an email to say "issues resolved". No other communication in between.

Credit card does not cover the purchase as each tablet was just under £100. The second tablet is now doing the same and I don't have the will to go on with the same emails, it's tiring and a vicious circle of getting nowhere.

If you want to use a reputable company I would not recommend these as if you have any problems you'll get absolutely nowhere. Feel like it's all a scam to get me past the warranty. 5 months of trying to get a repair or replacement and not once has anybody offered that.

Twice I have contacted this company about a G2 tablet I purchased as a gift. The first issue they did not address, choosing to send me on a wild goose chase. I gave up. The second time is totally ignoring a problem with the re-charging cord, even though the tablet is still under warranty. I sent documentation of purchase/purchase date AND a picture of the problem. I asked for a replacement cord. So far I have heard nothing from them, not even acknowledgement of receiving the information, let alone honoring their product's warranty.

I bought an UMIDIGI Bison Pro and was happy with my purchase up until yesterday. The phone fell into a bowl of water and was taken out immediately (no thoughts given to the matter), later that day the phone started behaving weird and eventually got extremely hot and shot off (it was not responding to attempts to shut it off at that point). Apparently, water got in through the sim slot and into the phone. It was only then I realised that the sim slot is not waterproof. So, I lost my phone.

I’ve used Umidigi 6 years now starting with A5 pro. They have the best affordable phones out there that will compete with any brand in all sections. I’ve used A5 pro,A7 ,A9 ,A11 and I have A13s right now. If you need a good phone with premium quality and friendly price,Umidigi all the way

da subito: tra i 5 e 10 reboot inaspettati al giorno

dopo 1 mese di uso, per 3 settimane ha smesso di funzionare l'altoparlante auricolare. Poi ha ripreso...

dopo 2 mesi, al 50% circa di batteria si spegneva o andava in bootloop.

Ora è morto definitivamente.
Il produttore non offre garanzia ma rimanda al venditore che a sua volta non risponde.

THE DEFECTS
immediately: between 5 and 10 unexpected reboots per day

after 1 month of use, the ear speaker stopped working for 3 weeks. Then it started again...

after 2 months, at around 50% battery it turned off or went into bootloop.

Now it is permanently dead.
The manufacturer does not offer a guarantee but refers it to the seller who does not respond!!

Terrables phone made in a sweet shop glitches exits out doesn't charge stupid India ads and an all around garbage phone I get more pleasure from a bag of marbles then this peace of trash.

I have a UMDIGI phone, and I suppose you get exactly what you pay for and this was cheap phone and it has numerous problems.

The phone rings all the time but 9 times out of 10 when trying to answer a call by Sliding Up the phone wont answer.

With WhatsApp often the phone does not ring. I am not deaf and often have the phone on the desk in front of me and it does not ring. The ringer is not turned off when this happens. WhatsApp can always be answered when it rings unlike phone calls.

The battery capacity is not adequate to get through 12 hours standby.

I have used Umidigi phones for several years and I really love them! However, my Beyond Dreams suddenly died on me while I was away from home. It was NOT hot when it suddenly was inaccessible, could NOT turn it on. THEN it suddenly went scorching hot! We put it in the freezer for one minute and took it out. It was scary hot. It had not been in the sun and it was working fine with no glitches or anything. ANYWAY, I figured I would order another one to meet me when I returned home. I purchased the G5. I had purchased a burner phone to get me through the U.S. until I returned to Canada and it was super easy to set up. But, it's no good in Canada. Upon trying to set up my G5, I have had nothing but issues. I have worked through all of them, except one. My camera is not working correctly. I have reached out to the company and I am discouraged by the lack of a timely response. I have tried resetting it, no help. I have searched the internet for any help on it, I cannot find anything. Like I mentioned, I really DO LOVE THESE PHONES, however, this is very disappointing.

We bought our phone, pro bison on Amazon, it stopped working before Amazon's 30 day return period expired. Umdigi replaced the phone. The replacement phone stopped working after 6 months, as per Amazon's return policy it could not be returned. Amazon directed us to contact the manufacturer, which we have done, but it is all electronic you can't talk to a service person. The service order has been open for 2 weeks, zero contact made from umidigi. The limited warranty runs out in a few weeks, I guess they're waiting for that to happen?? This is a terrible company that does not support their own products.

Very complete and reliable, it's my favorite, I love my blue mixed with purple colored phone.

After a great experience with an earlier model of the Umidigi Bison android phone 6 months ago I ordered a later model on eBay to replace it. Unfortunately the battery in this new phone immediately showed signs of deteriorating. Now I must recharge the phone 3 times a day as it will not hold a charge under normal 4G standby for more than a few hours. I have approached the eBay reseller who claim to be authorized by the Chinese parent. I have also raised a support ticket on the parent company web site. In both cases the response has been crickets apart from an email to inform me my ticket had been closed. Be warned an expectation these phones although apparently great value are not covered by any sort of warranty or real support.

UMIDIGI F3 Pro 5G Android 13 I bought this phone very recently and am having trouble with the Clock app. When I set an alarm, the screen appears to "snooze" or "stop" but when I touch the screen to select snooze, nothing happens. I can't get the alarm to stop unless I make the home screen appear and select Clock and shut off the alarm that way. Is anyone else having this problem? Nothing the company is suggesting has helped so far.

will not pick up cell towers, most calls never ring the phone, it has a, "this device is corrupt and may not work correctly, and I can't fix it. It is 99% a POS!!!

Umidigi try to bring some initiative into smartphone technology that makes its use interesting

I got my phone not to long ago and first of all they advertise they're triple camera setup but the quality indoors without any natural light the quality looks like something straight out of 2007 the quality is awful indoors and the main reason I'm giving UMIDIGI a 2 star review is because after only 5 months of use the screen starts flickering at first I just ignored it and I thought "there is no way my phone is gonna give out after only a couple months" but I was wrong since only 2 DAYS LATER the the started flickering again but it stopped and the screen went straight grey aka IT HAD THE GREY SCREEN OF DEATH AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS keep in mind that I've kept it away from water and I did my best only a couple drops made in contact with the phone and I also 2 months before my phone broke I bought a smart watch from them since I've had a pretty good with the phone and when I got the watch from them and guess what IT NEVER TURNED ON piece of crap showed 0 signs of life in it didn't even show a sign of charging which the phone at least had that if it was not for the phone I would give this piece of garbage company a 1 star review don't buy from this company it is not reliable at all unless you're lucky.

the phone worked great for about 5 months, then I found out it has trouble for phone calls in areas 5G not available. then all a sudden after 8 months displayed turned dark and my attempt to sent mail to Umidigi were refused so the 1 year warranty tuned out out to be nothing
