Advertised and sold to me property without any check and in the end had to go to Court as it was a froud and I lost my deposit.
They don't feel any responsibility to refund 3.5k also they took first of all.!!!!

Deposits are managed in accordance with the terms agreed between the buyer, seller, and their respective legal representatives. We also refute any suggestion of fraud on our part.
At all times, the property was marketed based on the information provided to us, and buyers are strongly advised to carry out their own due diligence and obtain independent legal advice prior to committing to a purchase. As is standard practice, this includes confirming title, ownership, and any legal issues through a solicitor.

We were completely new to the auction process. Still, the team at Under The Hammer took the time to go through everything with us, from completing the necessary paperwork and promoting the property on their website to handling enquiries and keeping us up to date literally until the minute the hammer fell.
