So I have alway ordered from manutd direct before, never had an issue, always received my new shirts within a week or so, this time I was fooled, not realizing I was on the USA manutd site, and so far I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the man 24/25 shirts, NEVER have I had so many issues, I’ve been in touch with ups because it says it’s been shipped with them, so every day for the passed week it’s been saying it will get delivered by 7pm, they told me it’s been shipped by usps , so I got in touch with them, they said they are waiting for it to be shipped, that’s it’s in OH!! I got in touch with the website, they said it will be there by the 9th of August, noooooo I always have bought these shirts more of less every year around the same time for my dads birthday gift!! I told them I want to cancel, they said there is no option, I said why? It’s not been shipped, they said it had, no it hasn’t, I paid through PayPal, has anyone done a cancellation through PayPal before? Or open a case with this?. Just don’t go through the us.manutd direct, go through the regular manutd direct.

It's been over a week and still haven't received my order. Royal Mail have said they have delivered today but haven't. It's gone from Chelmsford to Bury St Edmunds then back to Chelmsford then to Manchester then to Middleton delivery centre. I live in Bury St Edmunds and its clear on my order where to my deliver order. Told now I would get a refund without asking if I would like it redelivered. Wouldn't mind if it was cheap but it isn't and you get a shocking service. Avoid at all costs until they sort out booking deliveries correctly.

Order either messed up or delayed every time, so annoying as the stuff isn’t cheap and should get good service for price we’re paying.

Shocking company to deal with. They sent the wrong size top twice and 3 months later I'm still trying to get a refund. Both tops have been returned and every step of the way I've had to chase them to get things moving. Any wonder people choose to buy fake tops.

Order not shipped ontime "unexpected" warehouse relication given as reason but can see they have been using that excuse for sone time. Do not use.

Where do I start…I have had numerous problems including: wrong items being sent, long delayed deliveries and the big one items not in stock after weeks of waiting on the delivery which has now happened on two occasion 1. For my kids birthday 2. For my other boys Christmas. The most recent one because of my previous experience I actually contacted United direct to sort the problem a few weeks before Christmas saying to let me know of the item was out of stock and to cancel my order to get a refund so I could purchase from another place…I got a “promised” delivery state (stated on my emails) a week or so before Christmas Day…after leaving it a few days after the “promised date” just in case there was a chance of getting the item, I received an email saying it was out of stock…shock!!! Like I knew it would be…honestly this place is a shambles…I received my refund a few days later and had to run around to try and get the item from somewhere else so my son got one of the main presents he had asked for!!! I’ve tried numourous times to get in contact with a senior member of staff or manager but with no success. Even one person took my number down to get somebody “in charge” to sort this problem out…but knowbody called!!! I’ve rectified some issues before actually at the megastore at old Trafford when I go to the games and they all say the same…this place is a joke!!! There’s so many problems and staff not able to do there job right…to be fair it’s matching the standard on the pitch at the minute…absolute dog 💩

Charge a fortune for returns and have expensive delivery

Was a little worried by all the poor reports .but i went ahead and ordered 2 shirts on the 26/10/24 and they were delivered on the 28/10.24.
fantastic service.

Avoid at all costs.

Shirts do not come from United, has all been outsourced to Fanatics.

Over a month now waiting for a customised shirt and nobody can tell me an expected delivery date.

Poor communication throughout.

All they keep saying is the delay is due to them moving warehouse.

Where is my items you utter bunch of scum bags??? Now over 4 weeks and nothing.

What a joke this company are.
Do not purchase from these clowns unless you want to wait months for your item .
There customer service is appalling and they have no respect for customers GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOU ITEM.

Waiting on a shirt I ordered 3 weeks ago. I have never encountered this level of incompetence and lack of regard for their customers. Money grabbers with no interest in providing any level of service or decent product. They've claimed there's a logistical issue in the warehouse. 3 weeks does it take?. That sneaky fanatics company are behind it as they work with them. Typical of united to affiliate with incompetent companies /people.

I ordered two shirts, both of which I am still waiting on two weeks later. I have chased my order twice and on both occasions I have been told no date can yet be given on when I am likely to receive them.

I last ordered in December and had no problems. Highly frustrating when you think ordering from Man united themselves would be the better option.

Made the order purchase on 4 Aug, opted Express Shipping which promised 2-5 days to be delivered, with ETA of my items no longer than 16 Aug. Here already by 22 Aug I have not received the order items at all for 3 weeks. How long more do I have to wait for the order items to be dispatched?

Worse service ever, ordered a simple shirt and shorts, 4-5 business days delivery, now over a month nothing. Received refund, will never buy from here again.

Horrendous!!!! Take your money never dispatch your items , customer services won’t let you speak to a manager , no reply to emails. If you are silly enough to order from Utd direct you will need to contact your bank to get your money back .

I hav ordered adidas runners and man utd jesery home kit online and have it delivered to me! I must admit i was RATHER disappointed with the products i recieved after waitin for them to arrive 34 days LATER! THIS IS BULL SH*TE!! Man utd jesery was of inferior quality, it seem to me that its made of counterfiet jesery! I already havr asked the expert for help in authentic the jesery, they ar doing that NOW as we speak! Now, the runners was not the 1 i asked for! It gor complete different COLOUR and make! I paid 150 pounds for that! I emailed& phone customers care supports and DEMAND an explaination from them about WHY did i recieve this utterly SH*TE PRODUCTS FROM ADIDAS??? answer to all of this arw FROM GLAZERS who hav been rewarding COLLECTING FAT MONEY FROM ADIDAS! ABSOLUTELY SCUM GLAZERS are destroying adidas the world best sport brand! 😭😭
