Would give zero stars if I could!! I ordered a medium United 3rd kit jersey and a 3-4 year old 3rd kit mini kit on the 5th of September. Order was suppose to arrive by 15th of September and it did not. From tge 16th of September it said it would come at the end of the month and it still did not arrive. Towards the end of October I asked for a refund twice and was told after the second time of asking the refund will be arranged and I will receive it within 5 working days. But 3 days later instead of my refund I received my order nearly 2 months after ordering. They couldn't even refund the delivery fee. If you plan to order anything from this company do not! Just go Sports direct or Adidas themselves. Never again will I order from here!

I placed an online order with United Direct. I am being imposed a Cash on Delivery (COD) charge from the store without being informed of such a charge at the time of order. When I inquired with the store, I was told the COD is a customs charge. On the contrary, the courier company advised the COD is not a customs charge and is being imposed by the sender. The courier's website (Canada Post) clearly states the COD is a charge imposed by the sender.
I believe it is fraudulent to impose such a charge without being informed. This leaves me as an extremely disappointed fan and I will never order from them again.

Terrible I put an order in beginning of September paid for next day delivery it’s now saying will be with me 22nd October.

Dreadful service. Waited ages for a shirt, didn’t come. Asked to speak to a manager got told that it would be within 48 hours. Heard nothing. Terrible service avoid at all costs.

Awful, ordered a shirt nothing for two weeks before we called. They explained that they were short on letters for the printing and it should be with us in a couple of days. After a further two weeks had past we called to cancel the order and request a refund, two days later I got an email saying it had been dispatched.
Terrible experience and i won't be using them again. Avoid.

Awful customer service. Ordered t-shirt which after 10 days still haven't turned up. Emailed customer service several times,no answer. When they finally bothered to answer they said item is out of stock and will be shipped when back in stock. No refunds!!!!! I feel like I have been robbed. They shouldn't take payments for items they don't even have!!!!! Opened case on PayPal, fingers crossed I get my money back!

Very great shop and normal prices... but they have a lot in this shop !
