Ordered an Away Shirt with Player’s name on, never received an email to confirm it. I am registered with them but my password was not being accepted so I used my old email address - discovered a few hours later they have cancelled it even though shirt is in stock. If you ever speak online with them, you find they are very rude. They enter a quick answer then cut you off. They don’t appreciate us fans, if it wasn’t for us they wouldn’t have a job. Only seem to have become so bad since Fanatics took over. Shop elsewhere.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I returned a shirt 12/27/22 with their prepaid return label. And have been contacting them via email every week with no response or refund out almost $70.
Avoid ! Didn’t send my refund
Had an email saying they got my return on 25/01/23.
It’s now March and they haven’t refunded the order. Avoid and buy from an actual retailer, the official site is a shambles.
Never sent me my order, no explenation
I ordered a shirt in November, meant as a Christmas gift. When I hadn't received the shirt by mid-December, I tried contacting them, but the only option was a "live chat" where nobody answered. Got hold of them by mid-January and was told I would have to "await" a refund. No explanation as to why I never received the order.

Now my item arrived. YES. It took 9 weeks. Nevet again.
Missing socks
Ordered Man United kit for 5 year old. It arrived without the socks. I contacted them thinking they'd send a replacement pair. I was told there'd need to be an investigation, after 72 hours I'd be contacted. It was over a week later and nothing.
So I got in contact. Turns out that they now want me to return the kit so they can then send me another kit with socks.
My advice would be to avoid using them.

Shocking service ordered United's third shirt 12th August didn't hear anything then see on there website said 2nd of September then it didn't show up then it changed to the 5th then it didn't show up so spoke to them and they said they have no date when it will come absolutely shocking don't buy from here I ordered it from Adidas on the 6th September and it's due today the 7th September this is my second bad experience with United direct or fanatics
$160 dollars for nothing...
14 months ago I spent $160 ordering three items from United Direct, They still haven't arrive and won't ever arrive I am sure.
I have spoken on line to what they call their "customer service department." Every time I have been assured my complaint is going to be handled by them checking with their distributor, another time the guy was going to investigate the problem and get back to me. He never did.
Another told me he would talk to the first guy I had spoken with and he would get back to me within 24 hours. That was months ago and I'm still waiting.
I can't use the tracking number because within the three weeks I was told it would take to arrive they rejigged their tracking system but tracking numbers from before the changes would not appear. Mine was one of those.
By reading reviews here and elsewhere I realize I'm not alone in being ripped off by this disgrace of a company.
I'm sending this to all of the United Facebook pages I can find and every review site I can find.
I urge others who've had simi;lar experiences to do the same.

Ordered a shirt for my nephews birthday 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Have called 5 times and left 4 emails and not had a response. Evri say it is out for delivery every day. This is a £50 shirt! I have just called customer service again and the man on the phone sounded like he was asleep and couldn't care less. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!! Now trying to get a refund! What a waste of time!
Failed delivery, failed service.
Ordered 2 shirts over 2 weeks ago. Despatched to Evri but no delivery from Evri. Had to complain twice to get any response. Eventual response - wait 3 days whilst we contact Evri. 3 days later - we’ve sent it, it’s with them wait. Told them I don’t want it as the birthday it was for has now been and gone. Not prepared to organise the return and refund themselves. Terrible customer service. No appreciation for their customers reason to purchase. Won’t be using again.

I ordered a shirt for my nephew 2 weeks ago. It hasn’t arrived. I called to ask where it is. I was told they have to contact Evri but that will take 3 days! My nephews birthday has now passed! No sorry! No offer of the delivery refund. Nothing! Do not order from them!

Absolutely diabolical online customer service. Do not order from this company!! Customer service is non-existent!!! I have sent two emails which have been blatantly ignored to remove my details and card details after realising I did not check the box to 'opt out' of them retaining my details and my two requests have been ignored. You cannot contact them, other than by chat and as soon as you go off the chat page to see reply to them about which email address you actually emailed the repeated requests to the chat closes!!! Absolutely infuriating that you cannot email them so there is no paper trail for their inept customer service! Buyer beware!!

I ordered the No 7 Ronaldo shirt by typing in Genuine Manchester United shirt.
Up popped United direct.
I felt confident ordering from what I thought was a reputable direct from Manchester United Company or wing of the club.
In fact it is from the fanatics website fanatics.co.uk directly.
When the item arrived,I had ordered size 9-11 red MAN UTD no7 shirt.The size that arrived was a 5-6 my grand son is 7 and really wanted this for Christmas.
At £64 it wasn't cheap but because it was Genuine and Surely the customer service would be top notch,I didn't mind.How wrong I have been.
I really wanted to exchange the item but I was only given the option to return at a further £7.00 expense.
Now I have no shirt,no refund.If I go on to my order it doesn't let me progress the order or any way of contact or complaint.
The customer service is non existent,no easy process for contact.Every avenue is designed to put you off from the poor info on the rebound return section and Persuing any refund.
Ultimately all we want is what we purchase in a timely fashion and the item be correct and if it isn't?provide a clear way of return or exchange.
I have to say this is the worst on line purchase experience I have ever had.Seriously if I could mark them lower than 1 star I would.
My advice is buy on the high street.
I haven't given in yet, I will raise with PayPal as the goods arrived are not as described and if that doesn't pan out Trading Standards will get involved and also the Man United Supporters club or even Write directly to to Man United to ask whether they are happy with a company that is offering their merchandise for sale and letting them down by creating a pore image,with a diabolical service that ultimately reflects on the club. After all they allow this company to sell their goods.
I am very, very unhappy and I really want to purchase another shirt for my Grandson,a late Xmas present now but until I get my refund and being the sole earner in my family I daren't.
I will probably go to Sports Direct now in the high street and pay the higher price.

A final update is I did get a refund after a month of stressful email and online messaging which appeared to be delaying or avoidance type scenario.
Luckily for me and I would advise this,keep proof of your receipt for postage because it finally transpired that Yodel lost my returned shirt,according to them.
They wouldn't entertain my refund and told me had to go back through my original purchaser.
I so nearly wrote off the debt but I am glad I persisted and PayPal came through with support
Low quality tracksuit bottoms
Low quality tracksuit bottoms. Misleading images of the tracksuit online make the Man Utd logo on the left leg look like a nice embroidered logo when in fact it is a cheap, low quality vinyl type sticker. Very cheap, terrible quality, totally ruins the tracksuit which cost over £40….. Also slow service….
Returns process also looks unnecessarily long and not customer friendly - 14 days for a refund?! Amazon manage it in 24hrs so I don’t see why you need 14 days. Wish I’d read the rest of these bad reviews before I purchased. All round bad experience that reflects very poorly on the United brand. This is an officially affiliated site. Will not be buying anything from here again!
Horrible company with zero respect for customers.
I ordered for my kids Christmas presents with over a month to spare and for the 2nd year in a row united direct have failed to get my order to me. They emailed me at 18.30 on the 23rd to tell me it would not arrive until the 31st. That have zero respect for customers and young fans. You get the impression they think loyalty to united means they are always going to get your business. A business of this size that doesn't understand that most people who buy annuals and calenders for their kids Christmas presents, but more likely they just don't care. I will never use again.
No Premier League batch. No service to help..
Where to begin; I ordered two away shirts, which was super delayed because of the Ronaldo demand, fair enough.
But one of the shirts didn't have the PL badge it was ordered with. It even said on the plastic wrapping that it was suppose to be on the shoulder. I've sent three emails with three days inbetween the mails, after chatting with the chatting service who told me the mail service has a 72 hour answering time. The 72 hours obviously a joke, since I've had no answer 11 days after the first email.
I've also called two times trying to get atleast a confirmation on my mails, without luck because its apparently two separate departments. I was assured to trust the system...
I was originally looking to be compensated for the missing batch, because it means a lot to have it on the shoulder. I always get my shirts with the batch. But I just want the money back for the batch, please solve this.
