the amount of tines ive paid my bill iver the phone they said it was successfull when i pay then after it gets rejected and I have never received the money back not only that my bill end up getting higher
they blame the bank when i raise a concern about where the money do u went to the bank and my statement all?shiw paid

The customer service was good and the assistant was v helpful and able to help me with my queries after several attempts from last month. I have just moved house and it was rather stressful and frustrating where I had to ring several times to get the correct answer. All in all I managed to get my problems solved. Thank you.
