Excellent customer experience. Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable… Very simple process to renew our policies and very prompt and efficient service.. Never been any issues with them… Would definitely recommend them.

Chelsea at Unity did a great job in navigating us through a hike in insurance due to correcting property valuation. Unity understand the wider needs of Scout groups and Chelsea was able to reduce the price increase whilst still maintaining good cover. She answered my many questions promptly and we got the right cover despite being a bit short of time for all the work done. Getting the valuation right is importantly even if the price is a bit higher. Being underinsured can spell the end for a Scout Group if disaster strikes.

Used Unity for many years for my Guiding Insurance - never talk to a real person as everything comes through via email or forms. We're happy with the renewal year on year, and like that we receive reminders about when it's due in good time.

Really easy. A 5 minute phone call to explain our significant change in circumstances and they updated our renewal documents and followed up to confirm we wanted to go ahead within a few hours - and at a slightly lower price too!

Yet again, extremely professional and efficient support from the renewal invitation, through renewal, to fully insured. Very happy with the competitive quote which was lower!! than the previous.

For the second year running, Unity have been unable to issue a certificate. I hope I don't have to chase them up as much as last year before we actually received it. It makes us look bad to the landlord.

Good Insurance for scouts groups, but not a very streamlined process. Received separate emails for each policy and was told had to make two payments for premium. I didint just combined it and it worked fine. Need to be more aware most people sorting things out are volunteers and time is important to them

We worked with Natalie who was extremely helpful with our renewal. We needed to have a revaluation on our premises and organised through BCH as recommended by Unity, the process was quick and painless.
All in all we were pleased with the service and the time afforded to us to make the appropriate decisions.
