When I buy gta 5 here,I found that I don't know how to pre-load the game by using the code on rockstar ,I send the question and they solve it very fast and i can pre-load gta 5 quickly

For "but" i mean, there's not too much titles for Steam platform and i think because Your store has starting evolving for something bigger and i can't wait to see how it's gonna grow. As i mentioned before there's not much game titles for Steam and i mean games like classics such as Max Payne 1 & 2 or Prince of Persia and others but I will not be giving a titles because there's too much of them. Simple put i wish that your Store will remain in the bussines and well Thank You for that this store exist among many others where prices are not cool as your's.

A very unprofessional site, I bought The Witcher 3 on Release date (When apparently they already knew that they had no stock, When I asked when my key was to be delivered I got an email which included swearing trying to blame the Games creator for not delivering the Codes. After several emails I was given the reply that refund would be done in "a few days" Not impressed by a complete and utter lack of customer service.

Here's my opinion and experience about UnlimitedGameStore.
( Sorry for my possible bad English )

I bought several gamekey's for games on my pc, witch I always got on time and within a short periode even with pre-orders.
When I have questions, they will respond quickly, even when it's crouded.
My last experience afher these good words are a little bit less and made me angry, this fault is not good! I may lose my trust in the site!

I pre-ordered The Witcher 3 and I looked forward to play it when I got home from work, afther I turned home, there was still no key so I contacted them, they responded quickly, but yet I didn't get enough information, just a general answer.

The key didn't showed up and messed up my whole evening, witch is important to good costumers, cuz they count on them!
This mistake gives an negative look on it.

Now by this i spend a little time to feed back it, but yet i'm kinda sad about it. Had to buy it for the full 60 buks now cuz i wanted to play, far to late because they answered afther 9.00pm!

Just a 10% promo code to fix this is not enough.
Losing confidence on a store online is a bad thing.
