During the transaction process you advertise to pay with Paypal "because it's easier". Not in my case. I didn't expect the payment to take this long. I just wanted the code instantly.

Hi,
I'm not going to change my review because of four reasons:
1. You're blaming everything on me and do not take any sort of responsibility; of course, I was also partially wrong, but your response is not very professional. I feel attacked as a costumer.
2. I feel like I'm buying something from an individual: there is no other way to give the code; you got to have the money first! This is the choice of the company, based on recommendation by Paypal. If this was a mature company this wouldn't be neccessary.
3. I can't cancel my order with Paypal. It's an order in your system. So please cancel it. Which is my right.
4. I have send two emails, and none of them are being answered.

EDIT 1: Hi again Allard, we indeed advertise PayPal is an easy way because most people use it. But for your own safety you should always read how you're paying, how long it'll take, etc. Because this is different depending the country that you are located. For example if you pay with a e-Check by PayPal, in some countries it's not instant. You'll have to contact PayPal to cancel this order as we cannot do anything with it (I repeat that we didn't get any money so we cannot refund).
Also please consider update your review, you are not reviewing our service/website at all, at this might lead to confusion for other customers.

I've checked your order and when you paid with PayPal you did it with a non-instant payment method. It's not our fault I'm afraid, PayPal always advises the customer if the payment method selected is not instant.
