Bought 2 games from here so far, Dragon Age Inquisition and Kindoms of Amalur: Reckoning. Both transactions went fairly smoothly. Only problem I encountered was that you cannot pay in dollars $ or pounds £ as there is a difference in total price calculation by the website and by paypal hence paypal blocks it. Everything works in Euroes € though. The game codes were delivered in a matter of minutes and both are working so no problems at all. Good site to buy from!

I do not get it the key will the money back.
Thieves and crooks, I wrote many times and got no answers.
They had for sale to GOG and I did not have sent.

the company was acquired and changed owners , as soon as I wrote pointing out my problem and they responded immediately refunded .

preordered witcher 3 from 2 months ago, no real cash refund yet.
they said they will exchange to virtual cash as the refund of real money is not going to happen, they promised that 3 weeks ago, have not received any virtual cash or even response after that. this company is a scamming your money, i think they should be reported to police.

I preordered The Witcher 3 (Steam), at release day it wasn't sent and only a GOG version was on the store page. On their facebook page they said we should be pacient. That was the 19th of may, now it's the beginning of july and we didn't get keys or refunds. Tickets written over a month ago haven't been answered. I can't recommend this store. It might even a case of bancruptcy or even fraud.

As experienced by other people here, I didn't receive this preorder, at all. Two days after worldwide release and after two attempts to contact I got a generic email saying all orders were being refunded due to company takeover, blah blah. Well, it still hasn't happened, I've since purchased the game again from another company but in the meantime I missed out on my preorder bonus content with absolutely no communication from this company. I will update if/when I'm ever refunded as promised but in the meantime, not impressed.

As of today, my refund has gone through. Happy about that at least.
