My YORK imperial-black welted derby shoes are quite simply the best I have ever owned. They are absolutely stunning, and seriously well made with beautiful materials. The craftsmanship too is outstanding, you can see they are handmade by people with pride in what they do.

Customer service is top notch too. I had a few emails back and forth with Zoe, each one answered promptly and with care.

I wish Untamed Street every success, this is a company that is doing it right.

I had been watching the Camden Combat Boots for a few months contemplating whether I wanted to spend over £300.00 on a pair of boots. I eventually took the plunge and ordered them thinking I would return them if they were overhyped ! That most definitely isn't the case, they are beautifully made, you can see the quality in the workmanship. These boots will likely last a lifetime if they are looked after.

Dealing with them directly was also a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble in terms of delivery and first time buyer discount.

Would recommend them without hesitation.

The people of customer care are very nice and willing to help. The problem is that the product they send doesn’t look at all as the pictures, which is very important in internet sales. I lost my trust on Untamed Street 🥲

It had all the makings of a disaster. I ordered some fabulous looking boots from social media. They took their time. No word. Credit card paid. I waited. Then DHL sends me a notification that I owe them $90. I check the sales agreement and postage was included. So I sent the company a note. No reply. It was the holidays, there was a time difference. I tried to be patient. The notifications from DHL became more frequent and raised the threat. I dutifully forwarded the information and I got a lovely, sympathetic reply. But DHL did not want to actually speak to me, they just send hyped up demands. Even after the customer service team assured me that they had solved the problem. Today my beautiful boots arrived. I could not be more grateful for their support and tenacity. And the boots are so gorgeous. Happy happy, joy joy.

Fantastic customer service, Fabulous boots of the highest hand made quality, I love them! I can see myself still wearing these a decade from now and I will definitely be adding to my collection later.
Abbi was very patient with me as I changed my mind about which boots and which colour to choose, (couple of times), if you are looking at Untamed Street for some new fancy footwear, no need to hesitate, absolutely worth the £££. Yummy boots.

I live in Germany and have been a customer of Untamed for some time and have already bought a few pairs of shoes. I have only had top experiences so far. Now, after just 2 winters, an eyelet on one of my boots had torn out when lacing it up. Even though it was outside the warranty, I found the quality unacceptable, so I contacted Untamed's customer service. They saw it the same way and the reaction and handling was excellent! I was able to send my defective shoe to their cobbler (I was immediately reimbursed for the costs via PayPal), where it was then repaired perfectly. After about 1 week, I had my boots back repaired and high polished. That is really top service! Thank you Untamed! I will definitely remain your customer!

Recently bought the Camden boots. After a couple of weeks it hat a small problem. Got a quick response. They offered me several solutions. Within a couple of weeks they sent me a new pair. Excellent service!

The shoes arrived, the quality is great. It’s a pity that the size is too big. The only thing is that the shoes are a little larger in size than the standard ones. you need to measure your foot. Otherwise, having felt the product, I will say that it was made with love.. I was very pleased with the support service. They respond quickly, create and reserve a product in a smaller size for exchange. in short: I would be very pleased if you kept the brand like this, because it is valuable. Thank you

The products are good (NOT all). But the customer service you can not rely on them. I asked for a return, they replied with an email explain the instruction, when the return process did not work, I contact with them again ask why they offer this return service if it does not work, they replied that they did not offer that, however I have their reply by email as a proof. They hold around 1300 GBP till now until we find how we will return the items

I’ve bough pair of boots, and honestly I’ve never had such a decent pair. Hand made, You can see craftsmen put heart and soul to make them. Fantastic costumer service. Abbi helped me with trucking the parcel. Considering that it came from Italy, courier delivered within 5 days. Super happy here I will buy again👈🏼🫶🏻

Shoes exceptional quality and customer service equally. Very positive experience, slight delay in delivery due to accumulation of orders post black friday, but customer service that accompanies you day by day. Quality of the shoes even higher than you imagine seeing them online. I suggest you ask for information on the color shades (cigar brown for example arrived a little darker than the photos online), you can request lighter or darker. Customer service that worked to satisfy me to the maximum, also proposing me to change with new shoes with a lighter shade. I will definitely return to buy shoes for spring summer. Prices adequate for the quality.
