Disappointing
Disappointing. After changing the font, for example, to Arial, the program arbitrarily changes part of the text to the Helvetica font. When changing the color of the text, the program does not change the color of the entire selection. But the biggest problem is that it is not possible to change the line spacing and letter density in the program. Unusable for my work of translating pdf manuals into other languages.

Not worth a penny. Honestly te MS Word offers more for PDF document edition than this, also the Watermark, which is no real watermark bat ugly big picture with logo pasted into your document and covering part of the data.
Waste of time and effort.

Hello, so my view on this Updf program for today. I have been looking for a pdf alternative for a long time that will work on Mac Windows and Android. But mainly for it to have more functions (I use editing, changing, transcribing pdf and especially I needed some option to extract sentences from jpeg.) Adobe Acrobat Reader is good but I don't like monthly payments. This Updf program contains everything I needed and also has many other options that I know I will use in the future. I see one minus (it's not a problem for me but it would be nice to add Czech or Slovak language in the future) As for the translation, it's OK. For me it's a great program. Hopefully it will only improve for the better and the authors won't be tempted by money.

I choose to pay for UPDF over using Acrobat Pro for free.
I get Acrobat Pro through work for free. Unfortunately, a feature I heavily rely upon, creating invisible hyperlink regions within PDFs, is stupidly cumbersome in Acro Pro. Each link requires many clicks and actions to create, and the fastest way to confirm links' accuracy is to test each one. I auditioned or considered several alternative PDF editors -- OnlyOffice, LibreOffice, SwifDoo, FoxIt, PDF Xchange Editor; but UPDF nailed the audition as the lowest common denominator for effort vs. perpetual license cost. In UPDF, successive links can be created rapidly. After creation, the work can be verified visually without having to activate link-by-link. Worthwhile purchase for me.

These guys are scammers
These guys are scammers. I made a small one-off purchase of 1.99 GBP from UPDF. A couple of weeks later they tried to deduct another 39.99 GBP from my credit card. Fortunately, my bank detected the fraudulent deduction and blocked it - and also blocked my card. However, the problem was I was travelling in South Africa and could not unblock my card. What a nightmare. BEWARE!!

No proper customer service and bugs
I wrote a document in Word, then converted it to work in pdf.
1st bug. Their logo appeared on my document. Their Ai can't help me to remove itpaid version. Ai is useless. So, YOU HAVE TO BE CONNECTED TO USE IT EVEN IF YOU PAID.
2nd bug. An entire page of my document disappeared. You can see it on the left side, but not in the thread.
3rd No support, no chat, no customer service. A Fb page, admin approved the post, but don't help.
4. Sent 2 emails. If I don't have any follow up on my tickets, I'll ask for a refund.
