As a full-time working mum, I simply don’t have the flexibility to take time off work just to sit in a doctor’s surgery for a repeat prescription. Updoc provides a genuinely valuable and much-needed service. The process was quick, easy, and convenient to use, and I loved being able to choose a time window for the consultation call.
This model really works — no more needing to take half a day’s leave just to see a doctor. The Updoc consultant calls you, making the whole experience far more manageable for busy people. I would absolutely recommend this service.

So speedy and convenient. Less than 1 hour wait. Great price, I was able to get medical advise on a Sunday when my doctor was closed and next available appointment if I booked with them was 5 days time.
I will use again if needed.

Updoc is easy to contact and medical assistance is prompt (please call 000 in case of an emergency though!) the Doctors were excellent and results delivered as discussed efficiently. Just wish it was bulk billed!
