Used uplift to finance a future Atlantis vacation. Things might have gone smoothly, but we needed to cancel the vacation (months in advance). Atlantis' STANDARD PROCEDURE is to keep your money for at least 45 days. In my case I paid several thousand dollars for a vacation that was going to happen in 6 months. All sorts of guarantees that I will get my money back, but beware, once Atlantis gets your money they plan to keep it as long as they can. This is not the fault of Uplift, but Uplift is in bed with them. Questions to Uplift have me calling Atlantis, questions to Atlantis have me calling Uplift, and both of them play dumb. Use a credit card.

Thank you to all the people who wrote honest reviews about this company I was thinking about booking a trip through them but after reading all the negative review I will not give them my business. I’m sorry for all the people who had to deal with this situation. I hope you all get your money back, you guys have saved millions of people there money in the process. I thank you for that. Keep writing review so people can know truth about these companies.

paid down my loan then my flight was canceled. They refunded uplift. Never got a refund. Don't leave message they won't return your call. They say their 24/7/365. not really. they said I had about a 10 minute wait to talk to someone. about 25 minutes later still asking me to leave a message to a make believe message center. Think twice about doing business with them.

Paid for our cruise with Uplift. Due to Covid we are getting a refund from the cruise line. We tried to contact a person and all you can do is email and ask a question. Our refund was processed over two weeks ago and we still haven’t received any information from Uplift.

Avoid this company at all costs its a massive scam please I urge you to not even consider this as an option no matter how desperate situations are l avoid completely.
Initially I has applied for a loan I was told to pay £90 then it be in my account today, so I paid it they pestered £147 me for more money as they needed to pay the insurance on it and lending fees to an account that wasn't a business account. Then tried to say they hadn't received it and to send a different amount of £146 so I did then tried blaming it on my own error of not putting the correct reference which I had read it back to them 4 times then they wanted a further £160 that I had to ask my sister for and was very pressuring me to get that money so they can transfer the funds.... this point they had increased the "loan amount" that they was to transfer to me.... they then had increased the amount they was going to loan to to a £3000 by this time they have taken £703 pound out of my account and dispite my protest they aint willing to return any of my funds. They pressured me further to borrow further from family to get this loan ...by which time I'm absolutely furious,they have cleared out my account of £703 with no loan at all.they pester you non stop and hound you and pressure you to hand over more finances. To which I have none. They prey on your desperation and make you feel so pressured to the point its actually made me physically ill. Please I beg and urge you all don't trust this company its the biggest scam ever

Booked a 4 day trip to Universal Studios six months out for November. No issues everything went smooth. Super easy and low payments! Great for vacations that cost a few grand. I did select cancel anytime; it’s well worth the extra cost. I was very hesitant due to reviews about customer service. However I did have a question about changing our resort and was able to receive a response via “live chat” within minutes.

I cancelled my flight and received a cancellation ticket number from the airline yet I was still charged full amount from uplift. Airline told me the contacted uplift yet uplift said nothing but beat around the bush claiming to take it up with the airline. B.S company hope nobody else ever uses these thieves $630 down the 🚽

I OVERPAID MY ACCOUNT AND THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME MY MONEY BACK IN THE AMOUNT OF $140.53. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY MAILED IT BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH A CHECK NUMBER. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB FOR ASSISTANCE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

The Uplift payment was declined.
We tried to book a trip using uplift through Spirit airlines. I called and spoke with a supervisor at Spirit and he verified the last 4 of my CC and said that was not the card that was declined. He then told me that is was, in-fact, the Uplift card that was being declined. I just paid with my card so our family vacation didn't have any hiccups.

I received a collection letter in mail $812. Then I went to check my report and see that Uplift has place this $812 on credit as a negative item. I checked further into by the. Calling Uplift they say I took out a travel loan I knew nothing about with Frontier Airline was paid when on May 18th 2020 I knew nothing about this never traveled to Las Vegas on May 18th when I got Frontier on line they say my information & my daughter information was given to book this trip. I don’t know how they got my information but I know this is fraud because Equifax never notified me of a inquire for a loan/ also how was they able to aboard a plane indentured name without ID should this be confirmed before boarding. Anyone can just go line stales people info and make a loan. This is beyond class action suite i filling a police report and going to full extent of law I will be contacting my attorney because I will not pay for a $812 for travel I didn’t make. This company is a scam and should be shut down & investigated for their illegal practices.

This company is a SCAM and they take money off you saying they need insurance £105 and other items paid for before lending you the money. It is a complete scam and they are a broker not a lender so don't fall for their chat as I did!

I booked a trip for 4, 2 adults 2 children, ended up being just us adults and I changed my reservation. I got a refund of 204$ and they sent it to uplift. The trip was paid for and I still have not gotten a response or my refund, the customer service number disconnects you when u want to speak to someone. They lost out on future business over $204. That's how much it cost me to never use them again. Ever STAY AWAY NO REFUNDS.

Booked a trip to Universal, everything went great. No issues at all.

My trip was cancelled Royal Caribbean refunded the money. I have only gotten a 3rd of it back. The accounts I used are closed they claim they have not received money back from the credit card bank said they have sent it back. I am so tired of dealing with the incompetence of uplift my next call will be to an attorney. I am still waiting for over $1100 from them. Do not use them!!!!

I booked a trip for myself and my daughters to take in June 2021. I was denied boarding because some bloke at American Airlines didn’t like my passport. So we got turned away. Called Apple and was refused a refund . So I put called my cc company and they sided with me. Now they are after me for this loan .Apple has their money. Never again with either company.

Be careful. If you booked a flight with Air Canada and paid with the UPLIFT financing - and Air Canada issues you a full refund they are REFUSING to return your money. This is for a fully paid off loan with Uplift. For over a month now they claim they have not received the funds yet Air Canada has returned it to them. I booked other Air Canada flights and the refund was credited back to credit cards within 2-3 business days.

Their customer service is no help and will disconnect on you. Unbelievable business practices! Stay far, far away unless you do not care if your money, thousands of dollars, is taken from you - and there is nothing you can do whatsoever!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I booked a trip on KAYAK and used them to finance the trip. The trip got CANCELLED by QATAR AIRLINES and they refuse to refund me. They are telling me that I need to contact KAYAK about the refund...YET KAYAK is saying they have already sent them the money. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY!!!! I am so tired of the run around. I am a CUSTOMER. NO WAY SHOULD I HAVE TO CALL AFTER A COMPANY BACK TO BACK ABOUT A REFUND.
