MESS and HUGE DELAYS 1ZE929F86814787860

I was waiting for parcel from Czech republic to Portugal, when the package tracked in Portugal, suddenly (why so late?) UPS realized, they don't have my apartment number.
I saw this in the tracking. Any means of connection on the website were useless, I had to google for their phone in portugal and wait for hours online till someone responds. They updated the info and, can you imagine, it took them EXTRA 2 DAYS!!!! To deliver the parcel from the Lisbon airport area to Sintra, which is 20 minutes drive!!! INCREDIBLY POOR SERVICE!! DON'T USE IT!

It's very bad courier company last two weeks ago my brother send my important document from Pakistan to Uk they don't delivered my parcel i daily call with helpline they say everyday i delivered your parcel soon and after two weeks they say i lost your parcel it's very wrong my important documents inside the parcel. And i recommend everyone used DHL or feedex this company delivered parcel very good and secure

Well, I'd call it theft.

Waited over 2 weeks for my delivery which was supposedly delayed at one pt as they said my address was wrong which is odd as they have delivered items from the same vendor twice before to my home in Marvao. I got 1 email related to this issue which told me nothing and then silence.
Goods arrived today when they were
pushed to deliver by the vendor but the
box had been opened, 2 items stolen and the rest of the contents repackaged with no address and minus my invoice.

Tony Nydegaard is a disgusting human being.

My recent experience with UPS was unacceptable. My parcel was marked “Out for Delivery” at 8:52 a.m. on 21/10/25, yet no delivery occurred, and no update arrived until 7 p.m., when the date suddenly changed.

Wanting to collect the parcel myself, I went to the Tamworth facility — something I’ve successfully done before when deliveries were delayed. This time, however, I was met with open hostility. The staff member, Tony Nydegaard, was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and even accused me of lying about previous collections. When I asked if he was essentially telling me to “get lost,” he just smiled.

He went on to claim I wasn’t a UPS customer and didn’t even own the parcel until it was delivered — an absurd and insulting statement. I left without any help, no clearer on where my parcel actually was.

The lack of transparency, inaccurate tracking, and blatant disrespect for customers are shocking for a company of UPS’s size. I’ve filed a formal complaint, but this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in their service.

UPS received ,according to tracking…

UPS received ,according to tracking number my item sent from Italy seller . It arrived in Liera , Portugal but they did not attempt to deliver
Instead they returned to seller in Italy....no explanation only saying that an anonymous request was sent saying to return .
So corrupt .I paid for the damn delivery but this company is so corrupt they decide not to deliver ,likely because I'm a little remote in Central Portugal
Sellers ....DO NOT use UPL or DHS. Both just rotten to the core.Profit before customers .
These scum holding back the global economy with corruption and illegal practices

Didn't deliver or even try to

I was waiting on an order from Amazon, through UPS, first they don't deliver and they don't notify me. I need to check the order which was already late, so it says I need to pickup the order at the warehouse, 300km away from the delivery destination. I ask for a delivery at a pickup point nearby, it then says it's confirmed and another week later nothing. I do a new request and same thing. Now my order is about to be shipped back to the sender and there's nothing I can do... Support department doesn't work at all... Lost too many hours for a simple order, hopefully won't lose more money in the process which I might actually... Very sad

As always not a single package has been…

As always not a single package has been delivered to me by UPS, they constantly lie about their delivery attempts when I have both Doorphone and reception in my building and not a single actual attempt has been made by them. Talking on the phone with them is useless, you spend hours waiting to even talk to customer service and no matter what they say and how they reassure you, their delivery drivers will not ever try delivering anything. Never would recommend this to anyone. I don’t know why company or sellers choose this delivery company(if you can call them that) because my parcels just go back and I have to contact them to resend me parcels by an actual delivery company. UPS doesn’t work in the UK so don’t even try sending stuff through them.

FRAUD!

FRAUD!! The worst courier company in Portugal! In the past two months, I've had FIVE deliveries sent straight to the access point without one single delivery attempt. The tracking status just change to "We were unable to deliver your parcel. It’s on the way to a secure UPS Access Point". "Unable to deliver" more like "unwilling to deliver". The worst thing is when I called them and said I refuse to pick it up, they promised to deliver it to my address but the parcel just sat there in the shop without another delivery attempt.

Zero stars would be kind

Booked a parcel to U.S. from Portugal. 102 euros. Provided all paperwork requested, parcel picked up. 2 days later a further 30 euros was requested for “handling”. I paid this and filled a further customs declaration they had omitted to ask me for. After 6 days the parcel had only moved 20 kilometers and was still in the process of waiting for the documentation they had received 8 days before. Customer support were useless, only stating parcel status would be updated but unable to say when and requested again the documents already sent. Eventually I requested return of the parcel. No refund, no explanation, no apology, nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY. USELESS.

Not good enough

I missed a delivery yesterday so made sure that I stayed in to receive the package today. They have not tried to deliver it so I tried to ring customer service and got absolutely nowhere as they just keep you hanging on and an annoying repeat message saying all their staff are dealing with calls. Nightmare and really really frustrating.

UPS is (and in my experience, has been for years) the worst express courier in the world!


UPS has once again proved to be the least reliable courier I have ever worked with. Despite providing all the required customs documents, our urgent shipment was falsely flagged as “Customs information needed” and delayed and UPS kept completely silent about it. By pure chance, while tracking the shipment, I stumbled upon this status and their false claim that they had contacted us, which never happened. Situations like this are a regular occurance with UPS.

I have worked with DHL, FedEx, and other couriers for decades, with only occasional minor issues. With UPS, however, the problems are constant and repetitive.

Absolutely unacceptable service and truly incomepetent — I strongly, strongly advise against using them!

Although we were in all day and both mine car and a workman's van was on the drive the delivery person just left a 'sorry we missed you' note. Inept performance ment we had to travel nearly 4 miles to complete his delivery.

Consistently terrible

UPS evidently tried to deliver my package as of 15 minutes ago, but when I was out there with my dogs during that time, I didn't see a single UPS truck. UPS in the US has always been decent, but in Portugal, they've been consistently unreliable.

UPS Portugal should do a better job of incentivizing their employees to actually deliver packages.

ETA: Whoever the delivery driver is for Porto needs to learn how to attempt to deliver a package. It's really annoying to pay for shipping but never have the package delivered (they always drop it off at a collection point that's not actually that close to my home or say they attempted when I never hear the bell).

Lesson learned though I guess, I will avoid using any company that uses UPS for deliveries.

Complaining with Livro de Reclamações doesn't change anything. I guess they really don't mind making the same mistakes over and over.
