Absolutely shit beyond all measure

Absolutely shit beyond all measure.

Yesterday, i order £500 worth of paint.. i get an update early afternoon it would be delivered today… but no ones home so i try and reschedule.

After 30 minutes of battling the app and website trying to reschedule i get an email saying it would be rescheduled. At this point only the label was created.

Come today, its still being delivered today between 10-12… despite me trying to reschedule.

I get notified it was delivered but idk where or who accepted because no information is given.

I call customer support to be told theres no record of a reschedule on their system… which is BS because i have several emails confirming. Then im told it was signed for by someone idk even know… no idea which address… and its £500 worth of paint ffs.

Absolute shit show from start to finish.

Terrible company

Terrible company, I bought from this company bc it was the only option available, paid 54€ o shipping, Time estimated for the delivery: 12-14 February, then they changed the estimated delivery for 18 February, then for: “ The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. ”, and at this exact moment is: “ We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you are the sender, please check with the receiver to confirm delivery. Otherwise, you may start a claim to provide a resolution.”

Still didn’t get my package and I’m pissed as you can imagine

alway say the address is wrong (its not). but then its almost impossible to get in contact with them.
there is NEVER a smooth and easy delivery with these guys.

Rubbish

I placed an order which was meant to be delivered by UPS. Because the sender chose UPS standard, I didn’t get the chance to change my delivery date which meant I missed the parcel. After calling and trying for half an hour to speak to a human, I got connected to one and changed my delivery date as I was out of the country. I was told the parcel would be delivered on 14 Feb and the delivery window was 10am-12pm. It’s now after 5pm and I’ve called UPS five times. Every single time I’m told something different - I’ve basically wasted my whole day talking to customer service agents who are useful as a door knob. No one seems to know what’s going on. The depot called and said they couldn’t get in touch with the delivery driver; the agent on the phone said it was the sender’s ’faulty’ for using ups standard instead of premier (WOW. I have no words!). The sender got in touch with UPS and was told the delivery won’t happen today. The agent on the phone said it will definitely happen but she can’t confirm when. It’s a shambles. Sort yourselves out. You’re an international delivery firm and you can’t figure out what’s going on with a parcel? In this day and age, BE BETTER. And train your staff better while you’re at it. Or at least enable them to take feedback on board - the last agent didn’t even transfer me to the survey because she knew what my feedback would be. Absolutely pathetic.

Firstly the good

Firstly the good. I actually got to speak to a really ‘helpful’ lady in Customer Services.
Now the bad. I ordered cosmetics from The Ordinary. How am I supposed to know that they use UPS and you have to download their website to use their ‘delivery preferences’.
What is wrong with trying a neighbour? WHAT is wrong with leaving it hidden behind large plant pots and what’s wrong with ringing a doorbell instead of running as fast as possible back to the comfort of your van?
I mean most delivery drivers seem to use a spirit level to make sure your parcel is left equidistantly on the doormat for the world to see.
You, male delivery person, I saw you left a 95% unfilled note telling me it would be dropped off at a ‘pick up’ destination.
HOW bloody dare you. Why should I want to walk half a mile to my local Newsagent to pick up my parcel I was expecting to be delivered?
I used your website and managed to get UPS to re deliver. Same nonsense with a pick up note for the newsagents. Called again to hear the Customer Services employee say that’s wrong, they’re aware of that glitch! Well fix it then! It will NEVER be delivered to anyone but myself. WRONG, I’ve just picked it up, so, despite your smart vans your service stinks but do you care, nope.
P.S date of experience is today’s as I cannot be bothered to scroll through all the messages from UPS, at a guess I’d say it was about the 4/5th February

How are these still in business?

How are these still in business?? Get an international customs invoice in the post over 3 weeks late, with no instructions on how to pay it, so I phone the number to get a terrible international connection to someone who cannot understand me. Welcome to the 21st century!!!

I given a delivery date of 30/01/25

I given a delivery date of 30/01/25. As I was not going to be at home, I requested it be delivered on 31/01/25, change confirmed. Tracking showed the parcel in the local warehouse on 30th, but not out for delivery until 07/02/25!
On that day, they said delivery failed as no reply, even though my wife was sitting 10ft from the door at that exact time. UPS said they would attempt delivery later that day, didn't. They said they would try next business day, parcel still showing as being in the warehouse and not put for delivery.
I tried to talk to a human being, customer service robot cut me off.
Utter Pile of Sh1t!

The driver didn't knock didn't leave parcel emailed still no reply had to phone premium number the person I spoke to couldn't understand me or I him I have no strong accent repeated myself at least 4 times each question in the end I ended call absolutely useless

I'm really really tired now to be honest
I have been chasing ups for 3 months now and each every single time i call them their says someone will u tomorrow
But then nobody calls me ..
I have reported a item damaged 3 months and I have called them 23 times by now and what a useless service..Since then I stopped using they service..won't recommend them to anyone use they service it's nightmare....they don't even deserve one star and playing games you and they still haven't sort it out for me

Promised delivery on the 17 th of…

Parcel ordered from France promised delivery on the 17 th of January 2025 to Portugal a additional delay because of remote areas meaning they won't deliver to your house because of a truck not being
available to go there! Wtf! They will deliver to a access point 11 km from my house but who knows how long that will take. Ups will update after 48 hours and that means next week,! Do I have to wait another week Ups ? This a scandal never again.By France Post I would have had it already.
I have requested to send the parcel to a collection point nearer to me, let's see if it moves there.
As of today february 6 2025 they are still trying to find my parcel a week after the request of the seller to locate it was made.
According to UPS customer service this investigation can take up to 2 weeks.
A total disgrace for UPS here in Portugal.
And so the story goes on today 11-2-2025 a phone call and email saying an investigation! has started!
Wow I thought that happened already on February 6!
To me it is clear now that they don't know what they are doing and that their internal communication sucks.
After 3 phone calls asking me whether I have received my parcel I responded asking them why they keep asking the same stupid question.
I have to sign for the parcel and UPS is investigating it because they can't find it asking me if I received it.
How is that possible UPS when you have never deliver it?

I the mean time I will open a Paypal request for a refund.
UPS lost my parcel, refunded by seller.

Shocking service

Shocking service, lies, and empty promises. Still waiting for our package to be delivered after 2 days and twice being taken to a collection point when we’ve paid for delivery and been home all the time waiting for it. The most bizarre excuse from customer services is that our address said ‘flat number’ and in their system it said ‘apartment number ’ so the driver could not deliver it as he was following strict management rules. This was to make the assumption that it was the wrong address despite being the same road number, same apartment block and same post code. Choose another service provider!!!

They didn't deliver anything and lied about it

I was at home the whole time, and they said they had attempted to deliver when that was not the case, not even a letter or anything to prove that they were there. Their management should have more control over their delivery guys, to evaluate if they are at the address or not and not lie about it, maybe tracking GPS over their vehicles.

What an incredibly terrible experience

What an incredibly terrible experience. The worst shipping company I've ever worked with. Total incompetence! From the warehouse, to the carriers, to the customer support. Incompetence and dishonesty are the only words I have to describe this company. I don't give it 0 stars, because it's not possible.
After weeks and weeks of false delivery attempts, waiting on the customer service line for more than 1hour, after several calls complaining, they were always unnable to give a single solution or deliver what was to be delivered, they never contact the attendant, don't update us on the orders... nothing! Simply horrible.

Avoid UPS at all cost

Avoid UPS at all cost. Paid a custom fee of 178,92€ in 26 december, they refuse to send me invoice since then, they barely answer the phone, answer emails.
