I would proceed with caution. My order took over a week to be dispatched and this was after 2 emails to customer services. I then received an email to say it was to do with RM which sounded a bit like BS to me. Upon receiving my order which came in a plastic bag (containing La Roche Pose Retinol), the box the retinol came in was badly damaged and looked like very old stock. I’ve emailed again with photos, to which I’ve had no response. Take what you will from this. You have been warned.
