Probably wouldn't use again.

Had two issues - Counter offer was made with no explanation to why even after asking. Secondly, payment was delayed. They reached out and apologised and the payment issue has been resolved.

This is the first refurbished phone…

This is the first refurbished phone I’ve bought and I will definitely buy one again and use this company, the order process was easy, delivery was quick and my phone is fantastic in excellent condition just like a brand-new phone and half the price so a win-win. Great to have a 12 month warranty too.

Phone thieves!

Phone thieves!! Recycled my phone with UR. I was told on 30th March that my payment would be processed within 7 days. I've chased multiple times and still no payment made and it's now April 25th. I've asked for my phone back and told they won't send it. They have breached the agreement and I'm in process of reporting to Ombudsman and companies house, as they have stolen my phone and I still have no money and no confirmation payment will be made. Completely disgusting way to do business.
