So far so good! Refurbished iPhone 12 is like new. Present for daughter and she’s over the moon with it. All working as it should be and is the high quality you’d expect from an iPhone

I had sent my phone in & on the 4th of April i accepted the price & i have still not received the money in my bank! I have emailed several times & just keep being told there is a delay ect & not to worry. I am now concerned that i will never receive my payment.

Absolutely disgusting service had to chase for 3 weeks for payment when they told me 1 week had my phone for 4 weeks in total had to chase them for payment everyday to be told they are really busy and payments have been down told them if that is tge case send my device back got told cant do that as I accepted the offer fi ally paid the money owed will never use these again

It’s been three weeks I sold the phone to them and still I haven’t received the payment in my account even thought it says 7 to 10 working days seriously such a poor service providing to the customer. I will definitely escalate this issue regarding this company.

Very quick delivery. Recieved the phone within 2 days of purchase. The phone is in immaculate condition. With 89% battery health which I am very pleased with. Very good price for the product recieved.

Very poor service! Avoid at all costs and use a different company. Sent iphone 12, typically revised the offer to less than 50% offer. Once accepted new offer, told to wait 7 working days. Its now been 17 working days and still no payment despite repeated emails and being told there are delays with payment team. False advertisement about payment within 7 working days. Unable to keep to their own terms and conditions. Many other reviews with similar problems. Don’t expect to be paid the advertised price or within several weeks+.

Do not use this company! Poor customer service, no updates , takes ages reply to any email. If I could give a no star I would!

The phone is very good the only thing is if your buying an apple device for the first time it takes a lot of time to set up and account and is very hard to figure out how to do that other than that it’s very good
