No Receipt, No Response from Support, Website unreachable/Offline, Email NOT reachable

I placed a prepaid order (#UJ-56657) on 17 APR 2026 from URBAN JUNGLY for "Oxford Shirt With Trouser (Combo), Oxford Shirt With Trouser (Combo)-
2 items "worth ₹1,198.00. There has been no update /tracking information till now. I emailed their support multiple times but received no response. Very disappointing experience and poor customer support. Pl be careful before placing prepaid orders on this website.Want to explore what legal action can be initiated against such companies in a rapidly expanding e-commerce?

Very disappointed with Urban Jungly. My order has not been delivered, and there is no proper customer support or update regarding the shipment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this website. Please be cautious before making any purchase.

Snapmint is partnering with this company to provide products on EMI and is offering EMI purchase options to customers. However, whenever I contact Snapmint regarding my order, they directly ask me to contact Urban Jungly.

The problem is that there is no proper communication from Urban Jungly. Whenever I try to call, I am only connected to a computerized response system, which tells me to contact elsewhere, and then the call gets disconnected. I have still not received any proper update, support, or valid contact number from Urban Jungly.

It has been almost 20 days, and I still do not know whether my product will be delivered or not. Despite not receiving the product, I am being forced to continue paying EMIs to Snapmint because I currently have no other option.

This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Please provide an immediate update regarding my order and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Payment has been done and seems to be a fraud company. Whatsapp link will not connect. Website doesn't have contat address.

Fraud company I have order a combo of shirt and pant but received one cheap quality different shirt. Don't buy anything from urban jungly and they have sent through snipmint and with emi option. Don't buy anything from urban jungly

This is fraud Web site everyone unknown from the first time this on Instagram or Facebook etc. so please no buy anything from urban jungly because this company owner is very dark horse. Kindly request to everyone

This jungly fellow really a jungly, i selected combo offer Rs 599 shirt and trouser with free delivery charges.on 30th june 2025 i placed order

But this fellow cheated me and send only one shirt this one is not mine ordered, and send cheap f....... K quality and never respond any mail. This fellow is no 1 cheater

It's a fake website. When you purchase any product, the money is deducted, but the order is not delivered.

I ordered Oxford bottle green shirt with trauser on Urban Jungly website at 13th may 2025.
Now today they delivered some random colorful shirt without trauser. And the third party company guy suggest me to do not order again from the urban jungly. Totally fake...
I also worried about my payment method. They suggest me some random snpmint emi for this order.

I had a very disappointing experience with Urban Jungly. I ordered a XXL Green color shirt but received an XL Brown color shirt instead. The quality of the product was poor, and they dont accept returns, even when the error is clearly on their end.

Their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, which only added to the frustration. I would not recommend Urban Jungly to anyone based on this experience.
