100 order never arrived , emailed 3 times and no reply and currently having to fight for a refund my order was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago , shocking customer services will not be using this company again

still waiting for product despite getting an email saying product was on its way 2 weeks ago. really need to sharpen up your delivery service - we order from amazon, ebay, very, next, and various other companies and get next day or 2 days max....very poor

Items arrived faulty and filthy,took me ages to get a reply when I emailed them,I paid for postage to return them and still waiting for that to be refunded.
Honestly the poorest customer service and quality of goods.i don’t know how they are managing to still run as a business!!!

Avoid at all costs, got charged twice including postage twice, didn’t like the items and then had to pay to send back, now waiting for a refund over 2 weeks later. Messaged multiple times emailed and zero response.

Made a purchase which was advised as 1 size fits all. It definitely does not. Especially considering I’m same size as the model, if anything I’m bigger. I’m size 8/10, model is 6/8. The two piece was lovely on the videos and images used online/instagram. When I received my items they were hanging off me.
Awful outfit and not great customer service either. Took 3 weeks to arrive and now I’ve returned them over 2 weeks ago and still not received my refund or even a reply to any of my emails querying what’s happening.
Poor customer service. Luckily I have sent recorded & signed for so I have proof they have received. Let’s see how long this takes to resolve. I will be communicating with PayPal going forward.

I have been trying to contact them to return goods and no one has responded to my emails. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews beforehand otherwise I would not have bought anything from them. As soon as I purchased the items they were all reduced by £7/£8 per item which is annoying but on the same day as ordering?!! I do not want any of the items I have bought but I will not waste more money returning them as reading the reviews no one seems to get a refund. .thanks for the heads up. . I will sell them elsewhere. . at least I will get something back. . SHAMBOLIC

I sent a returns back on 25th March. Have had no acknowledgement or correspondence despite numerous emails being sent and also tried to contact them via the Facebook page. I would steer clear of this company. Appalling customer service

Ordered a Co-ord set a few days ago, it’s just arrived (so a delivery). I received all the necessary tracking updates so knew when to expect it - all as advised.
I’m actually stunned at my pieces, I was skeptical given the amount of Insta-rubbish out there at the moment. It’s gorgeous, great quality and fits perfectly. The model on the website is slim, the items are one size (8-16) - which always worries me as I’m on the bigger end of the sizing window - alas, some people get sizing right, it has the same silouhete on me as the slimmer model, couldn’t be more chuffed - off to buy another colour combo. Would recommend - good work Urban Peaches!!

Can’t get a response from this company and looking at these reviews now I probably should have looked before purchasing a product that I’ve paid for and has never arrived! How on earth these are still trading is beyond me! No item and no refund upto now they are an absolute shambles! RIP off company!

I have bought two dresses from this company. Both deliveries were really quick. The first dress I loved and looked just as the photos. The second dress was too big as it was one size. I sent the second dress back and refund was extremely quick. Would highly recommend urban peaches.

I ordered over 10 days ago, I have emailed and Facebook messaged the company for information about my delivery and still nothing. One of the items was a Mother’s Day present! Never had this issue with this company before it’s rather disappointing, an explanation wouldn’t have hurt.

Purchased a gym set, really happy and satisfied with my gym top and leggings good quality clothes and stretchy material which is what I wanted. Came quickly delivery was great and would purchase from urban peaches again in the future.
