Darry Ring's Customer service was amazing. Helped me to the fullest extent. I was not only able to get all my questions anwsered but I also got good news at the end which was an expidited shipping process. I know my girlfriend will love the ring and now she will get it a little sooner thanks to the Darry Ring support team. Keep up the good work and many more customers will continue to flow. Ive been waiting 30 days for my ring…

Ive been waiting 30 days for my ring and just recieved an email moments ago that it make take anywhere between 30-90 extra days to be delivered. They should put a notice letting customers know that it takes almost 2 to 3 months, there is no exception for that. Good concept, very bad service

Definitely Very Gimmicky

The idea itself is very appealing to a lot of people, but the rings themselves are not anything special or worth the cost. Then every item has a mandatory customization fee in addition to the price of the ring for every single product makes it especially not worth it.

Nothing but lies

About a week after placing my order I received notification that my item wouldn’t ship for almost 2 months. This is the most ridiculous purchase. No updates, no customer service to reach out to. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is next level crap.

I got some problems with the shipping…

I got some problems with the shipping of an item and later i decided to get another one instead, and throught the process, the customer service agents that i spoke to were the most helpful and polite they couldve been. I asked no less than 30 different times and everything single question or problem I got was solved between the 2 days i were in contact. This was for an engagement ring,and after this experience i’ll look for the wedding ones with them.

Honest reviews!

Honestly, this is one of the best places I have ever bought jewelry from. The packaging is absolutely adorable! And has the most romantic sets inside 😭 more ever, the customer service are very kind and amazing people to talk to and they reply almost instantly compared to other services I have interacted with. This was really worth the purchase and wait. I have no regrets at all! Owning a darry ring has always been my dream as it is so romantic, and my boyfriend surprised me with one nearing valentine's 😭❣️I really hope this place gets more recognition as it deserves it.

Ordered a Darry ring and it took over…

Ordered a Darry ring and it took over two months to show up and the pictures did not even match. The diamonds looked way bigger in the picture and in person you cannot even really see it because it’s so tiny. Literally brought me to tears

Extremely disappointed

I purchased a ring 2 weeks back. I requested a certain size and they sent out the wrong one I decided to decline the parcel and ask for a refund. It’s been over a week and they have just stopped correspondence with me. All I want is my refund. The surprise £100 shipping from UPS on top of the £100 postage to the UK was a nasty shock aswell.

Darry ring is a temu style Chinese company don't get conned!

So we orded a wedding ring...... They have no communication and lost our parcel...... Not only did darry charge us £100 for shipping... DHL charged another £100 for customs! £200 in shipping £450 on a ring and the wedding was Dec 23rd.....darry ring told me they would refund us if we purchased a new ring as a temp! No thanks we did a bank reverse charge for the total and the day before the wedding had to buy a new ring! And darry wouldn't refund I had to do a charge back with Lloyd's! Do not buy there con artists! I will also say this company is in China! No one speaks English and they refuse to refund even when they lost the parcel!

they suck so much with cancelling issues

i wanted to buy a rig for my future wife during army basic training did not have enough money and could not set up a payment plan so the website voided the ring once that happened my card was charged still the 1920 usd and never got the money back, I cancelled the ring october 28th, yet now december 4th and have yet to receive my money. although love all of the ring designs there paying issues makes them to bad for me to even reccomend them to anyone over all the experience with darry felt rushed and pressured into buying the ring by them giving you only two days to set it all up and pay, for this reason i recomend anyone just buy the ring in person dont waste your time and money with darry
