Used Meest for sending clothes and small electronics for my bro in Vienna, he is going to the first grade of the school this year. Everything arrived right on time, smoth and simple service. Bro is happy to unpack it.

Extremely Disappointing and Misleading…

Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Service-Meest
I am writing this review to warn others and to publicly express my complete disappointment with Meest’s service.
On December 10, my package was shipped from New York to Ukraine via Meest. From the very beginning, the tracking system was practically useless. The only status shown was “Departed the USA”, with no further updates whatsoever. This alone already raises serious concerns about transparency.
Meest officially claims that air shipments are delivered within 7-14 days. This statement is simply not true.
On December 19, I called customer support and was told that my package was already in Lviv. However, the tracking website showed absolutely no confirmation or update to support this information.
Concerned, I called again on December 22, and this time a different representative told me that my package was in Poland. Once again, no tracking updates appeared after this call.
Finally, on December 26, during my third call to customer support, I was told that my package was now in Germany.
So let me get this straight: according to Meest’s employees, my package was first in Ukraine, then in Poland, and then in Germany -all while the official tracking system showed nothing except that it left the USA weeks ago.
How is this even possible?
Am I really expected to believe that customer support representatives are giving completely random locations? Or am I being lied to for my own money?
This is not just poor service-this is misleading, unprofessional, and disrespectful to customers. If Meest cannot provide accurate information, they should at least be honest instead of giving contradictory answers.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that Meest seems to spend huge amounts of money on influencer marketing and advertising with million-follower bloggers, instead of investing in what actually matters:
• reliable logistics
• accurate tracking
• honest customer support
I will personally make sure that bloggers and media platforms are informed about my experience and about how this lazy and dishonest company treats its customers.
I strongly do NOT recommend Meest to anyone who values transparency, reliability, and basic respect as a paying customer.

Always use this delivery

Sent gifts from my shoping through America to friends in Brussel, used Meest not for the firts time, I trust them and their service was good all the time. The package cam quickly and safely. Super easy process for me and by buddies as well, no issues at all.

Parcels missing for months, no tracking, no support

Parcels shipped in early September are still undelivered, not tracked, and customer support does not respond. Communication and transparency are extremely poor. This service needs serious improvement.

safe delivery of my laptop through the ocean

Was worried about shipping tech from Chicago to Spain, but it arrived in perfect condition to my mom. She wrote me that ven the box wasn't damaged. Really trust Meest now and will definately use again.

Delayed, but DELIVERED

At first, all my parcels were delivered to Ukraine, so far ( don't know about lastone). Mostly time with delay but we all understand that shit happened and "orks" are still alive. After war- will be on time.....

Reliable, affordable and client-oriented service

Hi everyone who, just like me, sends packages from the US to family, friends, or simply whenever needed. This message is definitely for you.

I’ve been using Meest since I first came to the US, and we immediately clicked. Their delivery times to Europe are consistently fast, a few of my packages even arrived earlier than expected, when I shipped to Ukraine (Imagine the are shipping to the country with an ongoing war!!) — and their prices are honestly better than other carriers I’ve tried.

For me, sending packages home is almost a little ritual — a tradition that keeps me connected to my loved ones. But let’s be truthful: you don’t always want to spend a fortune or deal with unnecessary stress. With Meest it’s no drama .

What finally convinced me to write this review was my recent experience with their customer support. I got excellent guidance with my shipment, including a few tips I’d never heard before (like how dimensional weight actually works). It saved me time, money, and nerves — and that level of care is rare.

If you’re considering them, try their app too. It’s simple and convenient, especially if you ship regularly ;)

Overall, Meest has been reliable every single time, highly recommend !

Bad customer service.

The Meest promises delivery of the parcel by airmail to Ukraine in 7-14 days. In my case, 30 days have already passed and the parcel is still not there, when I called I was told to wait. And I paid much more for the parcel than for delivery by ship.
