Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Service-Meest
I am writing this review to warn others and to publicly express my complete disappointment with Meest’s service.
On December 10, my package was shipped from New York to Ukraine via Meest. From the very beginning, the tracking system was practically useless. The only status shown was “Departed the USA”, with no further updates whatsoever. This alone already raises serious concerns about transparency.
Meest officially claims that air shipments are delivered within 7-14 days. This statement is simply not true.
On December 19, I called customer support and was told that my package was already in Lviv. However, the tracking website showed absolutely no confirmation or update to support this information.
Concerned, I called again on December 22, and this time a different representative told me that my package was in Poland. Once again, no tracking updates appeared after this call.
Finally, on December 26, during my third call to customer support, I was told that my package was now in Germany.
So let me get this straight: according to Meest’s employees, my package was first in Ukraine, then in Poland, and then in Germany -all while the official tracking system showed nothing except that it left the USA weeks ago.
How is this even possible?
Am I really expected to believe that customer support representatives are giving completely random locations? Or am I being lied to for my own money?
This is not just poor service-this is misleading, unprofessional, and disrespectful to customers. If Meest cannot provide accurate information, they should at least be honest instead of giving contradictory answers.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that Meest seems to spend huge amounts of money on influencer marketing and advertising with million-follower bloggers, instead of investing in what actually matters:
• reliable logistics
• accurate tracking
• honest customer support
I will personally make sure that bloggers and media platforms are informed about my experience and about how this lazy and dishonest company treats its customers.
I strongly do NOT recommend Meest to anyone who values transparency, reliability, and basic respect as a paying customer.

Parcels shipped in early September are still undelivered, not tracked, and customer support does not respond. Communication and transparency are extremely poor. This service needs serious improvement.

At first, all my parcels were delivered to Ukraine, so far ( don't know about lastone). Mostly time with delay but we all understand that shit happened and "orks" are still alive. After war- will be on time.....

The Meest promises delivery of the parcel by airmail to Ukraine in 7-14 days. In my case, 30 days have already passed and the parcel is still not there, when I called I was told to wait. And I paid much more for the parcel than for delivery by ship.
