Breach of guidelines
pacel was shipped from USA
pacel was shipped from USA , via Netherlands (import clearance ) and send to Italy
arrived few days later and 3 weeks later, Meest Italy (HRParcel) claiming that they try to deliver but nobody home (we were home and the ring camera did not showed HRParcel) Now claiming that parcel lost.
Parcel lost etc can happen, but............the BS that they tried to deliver is what will give me one star only.

Still waiting for a parcel from USA to Ukraine. It’s been 1 month and 14 days, no updates, just one (shipped from new jersey) and that’s it. No helpful feedback from services. Feel really bad about my stuff, your service and this experience, because I have been meest’s customer for a long time

Meest shopping: never again
I tried to ship a parcel with Meest shopping from France to Spain. Although, the Meest web-site does not contain any notice, packages from UPS are not accepted. Customers support was not helpful. After loosing lots of time, I found better options.
