I had a very bad experience with Meest

I had a very bad experience with Meest. I sent a parcel from the USA to the UK over a month ago, and after waiting all this time, they told me the package is still in the USA. I paid £69 for this service, and the delay is completely unacceptable.

Their customer support is also extremely poor—very slow responses, no clear updates, and no proper help. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Meest to anyone.

Scumbag company policy


I bought tea on Amazon that was supposed to weigh 100 g, but they charged me as if it weighed one and a half kilograms. I thought maybe the seller had added something extra, but nope, it was just 100 g of tea.
Support keeps saying, “Take a photo of the unopened package on a scale.” I already sent them the Amazon order number and all the details, but they just keep replying with the same template: “Take a photo of the unopened package on a scale.”
They’re pretending to be clueless and acting like they don’t know that packages get opened at customs. It’s only $10, but the deception and manipulation are really disgusting.

I’ve shipped multiple packages to…

I’ve shipped multiple packages to Ukraine using Meest, and the experience has been excellent every time.

Customer service is responsive and professional — they actually follow up if there’s ever a delay or question. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service you get.

Highly recommend Meest if you need to send parcels to Ukraine — they’re dependable, efficient, and clearly know how to handle international logistics the right way.

Three months, one missing box, zero replies — please resolve [Tracking Number: PMSBZ7R2 & PMSIM2KL

My Uncle shipped two parcels from the USA to the UK in April 2025 via Parcel Monkey (carrier: IPS by MEEST). Declared $1,200 for both. Only one box arrived. I paid UK duty/VAT on the full $1,200 before I realised one parcel was missing.

For over 4 months I’ve chased updates. Emails from me (recipient: Ali Burns) and the sender (Richard Solay) have gone unanswered for over 2 months. Tracking for the missing box still shows “in transit.” No investigation details, no compensation, no delivery.

What I need within 7 days:

The last scan/location and a proper investigation update.

Delivery of the missing box or compensation for its declared value plus my overpaid duty/VAT.

An explanation for the lack of responses.

Terrible Service – No Delivery, No Refund, No Support

I ordered books through Amazon on August 19, 2025, and used Meest Express (Meest America) for delivery to Ukraine. As of September 8, 2025, the package has still not been delivered.

The company provides no tracking updates, no clear information, and no support. When I contacted them, they refused to refund either the delivery fee ($9.60) or the value of the books ($44). They also refused any compensation, even though the delivery was time-sensitive and I had to spend additional money to buy replacement gifts.

This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. They take your money but do not deliver the service. I strongly recommend avoiding Meest Express / Meest America at all costs.

Very very very slow and bad services

Very slow and bad services. Don’t trust Meest! I sent my parcel from Kitchener, Canada to Punjab, India on July 23, 2025. According to the tracking, it showed as “delivered” on August 8, but when I asked my family (mother, father, and brother), they all confirmed that no parcel was ever received.

Not only is the delivery extremely slow, but giving a false “delivered” status without proof feels like fraud. There was no signature, no delivery photo, and no proper explanation. My valuable items and the money I paid are stuck with them.

This is the worst experience ever. I regret choosing Meest and will never use them again. Next time, I will go with DHL or another reliable courier that actually cares about customer service and delivers parcels safely.

Late delivery, broken items.

I shipped five boxes from Canada to the UK. They arrived three weeks later than promised and had been crushed and damaged—clearly mishandled. Several items inside were broken beyond repair. I will not be using Meest again. Pay the extra and save yourself the hassle.

Rude behavior of the Mist representative, and lies about delivery times.

Today is August 5, 2025, 11:30 and I just spoke to a representative of Meest. I couldn’t believe my ears, but representative of this company advised me, to change their services to another company. Because I dared to ask where my parcels sent on JULY 22 are!!! Congratulations Most, you not only lie about delivery times, but you also dare to be rude to the people whose money you live on. Instead of writing the truth that delivery by AIR takes 3-4 weeks, and by SEA 6-10 weeks, it is easier to put an employee on the phone who insults customers. By the way, my air parcels were delivered in 23 days!!! instead of what was promised10-14 days.
