Deceptive sizing strategy
Half of the listings are in servings, half are in weight - and none of the products have the nutritional label as a picture. Makes it incredibly difficult to compare different flavors apples to apples - which seems by design as some flavors cost significantly more. Overall seemed manipulative. Either put everything in servings or everything in weight.

Generally a good product. I feel like I run into stock outs frequently which is annoying. The most frustrating thing is that there are sales so often that the sale price is, in fact, the real price so that means the sale price really isn't a sale at all. So what that tells me is that an actual good price would be more than 50% off.

First Experience Total Failure On Every Level
I went to place my first order with the company.
There was an advertised sale on their site that would have given me 45% off one item, and 15% off another.
I had a Discount code given to me by one of their reps at the Gym this morning that gave me 45% off both items. (His name was Ari something.)
When I proceeded to checkout it removed all discounts both the one from the code and the one from their site.
I was charged full price for both items and despite IMMEDIATELY contacting the company they told me I they could not 1 fix the price to EITHER discounted price, or 2 cancel the order once placed.
They are telling me that I must go through their return system which is absolutely going to be a hassle I'm sure.
I will be returning the product unopened once it arrives, I will be finding another company to buy product from, and I will be telling every member of the gym I am a trainer at as well as all of our instagram and tiktok followers to avoid this company at all costs.

Awful experience
Awful experience. They didn’t deliver my order. Emailed me saying “sorry we missed you.” (Whatever that means)
Then they never tried to reship it or reply to any of my emails. Lost my business for life.

Great prices- inconsistent measurement scale
Great Price as always but I hate the way that it is sorted when you’re trying to figure your size. Sometimes it says in pounds sometimes in kilos or grams And Others and total surveys. I shouldn’t need a calculator to know chocolate ice cream a chocolate smooth is a better deal today.

Misleading package sizing changes
They shrunk the package and then changed the official package size measurement from weight to servings so you don’t realize it. Is very deceptive and misleading. Just raise the price don’t lie to us.

Packaging and shipping seem to be a crap shoot. The box always arrives crushed. Manny times the products inside are no longer sealed from being crushed and not being properly packed to have a chance of survival.
When the products do arrive ok, they're great. I've enjoyed whey protein, isolate, EAAs, and more and have not been disappointed by prices, flavors, or results. But the shipping is a real frustration and support is very slow to do anything.

I remember when I first started buying from my protein I was able to get 2.5 lbs of whey for under $25 and free shipping…kind of disappointed prices aren’t as good as they use to be.
