Been buying from MyProtein for over a decade, but the product choices continue to shrink. I want 5lb bags of unflavored Whey Isolate but they're unavailable, and based on months-old reviews, they've been unavailable for a while. Unfortunate that I have to switch brands.

I ordered these on a trial basis to… try the product after seeing good reviews on TikTok.
I ordered these on a trial basis to find out whether they worthwhile, only to find out after my order that the company ran out of stock. This is a misleading practice, inventory management should be real-time and should have let me know upon order... instead I now have a subscription and no products. No clean or transparent practices when you have yet to earn my trust. Not a good start!

Refreshing Protein Mocktail
This is my favorite clear whey protein. It is refreshing and enjoyable since it's not heavy and doesn't feel like a meal and allows you to get hydration and your protein for the day! Love it! The rocket pop 🚀 flavor is my favorite. I sometimes add sparkling water to give it a fizz. Makes great cocktails and it's glittery and pretty 😍 💕 i stock up when they have sales.

It was nice to ise FSA funds for protein, but the process seemed clunky. I have never tried this brand, I look forward to tasting it. I will review again after trying. I appreciate the sales price, much better than what I've been paying for my current clear protein.

Bring back the 11lb Whey Protein Isolate
While MyProtein continues to provide customers with access to high quality whey protein isolate, removing the 11lb option whilst charging the same price for less product is preposterous. Moving forward with this model is undoubtedly going to frustrate consumers, such as myself, and potentially impact conversion rates in the future.

Shrinkflation combined with higher prices.
Products offered are not clear for quantity. Some are labeled as "servings" some in grams, some in kg, and others in lbs. Giving someone the option to "supersize" but it's actually a smaller amount for more money per serving. Feels like capitalism at it's worst. Discount codes you emailed won't work and website is filled with ads and shit extra offers. Feels like you sold out very sad to see and will be looking for other sources for my supplements moving forward.
Shrinkflation combined with higher prices, hiding behind a website that makes it difficult to compare products. Just be honest with people, clear is kind, unclear loses customers.
