Everything came out great

A great place to pick up quality figures and model kits
The quality of items has always been phenomenal! I love ordering models and figures from here :) Recently there was a delay in receiving a figure but usagundam kept me updated throughout the process!

Always reliable with great deals, if a little slow at times
USAGS is always a good choice for me to get hobby kits/tools from, especially since they have decent sales fairly often. It did take a while to be shipped this time, but once it was mailed it got here quickly. They also sent an email about the delay and it was a big event sale, so it's understandable. I'm not ever in a rush in the first place (my backlog makes sure of that), so the fact that pre-orders via this store are typically in-stock later than some other sites doesn't bother me either.

This was wonderful!
The customer service is fantastic and the item, once shipped out, arrived in a timely manner in good condition!
I had preordered 2 items initially, and while 1 item released before the other, it was listen as preorder long past its release date and I was seeing it in stores, and it turns out that 1 item may have been holding back the other which had recently gone off of preorder. When I canceled the item still on preorder the other was shipped and swiftly arrived safe and sound

They have great comunications. Most orders go out between 2 to 3 days after ordering , but if there's any delays, they sent out a notice to update on the status of the order. The order it very well packaged that nothing looks out of place or damaged when it arrives. And the quality of the product are always high quality. On top of that, they always have specials on an item or even discounts on holidays or special occations.
