Excellent aftercare
We bought a product that arrived quickly and in excellent condition. We had problems getting it to work and emailed Used Plus. I got a response straightaway from Ryan and he was so helpful. He helped us diagnose the problem and it turned out it was to do with our hardware and nothing to do with the product we bought. I can't thank Ryan enough and would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant customer support. Fast, friendly and efficient. When my product turned out to be defective I received instant responses and communication until the issue was resolved ending with a no quibble refund. Highly recommend.

Had the HomePods a number of wks now no problems would definitely use/recommend USED PLUS

Great products at great prices
Was abit unsure weather to use this company as I had never heard of them put decided to give it a go and I ordered a oculus vr for my sons birthday and it came as expected like new in box with instructions wires ect cant fault them and would definitely recommend them to others

it’s a good playstation:) and will do for now but some of the wires don’t work very well and the controller has a few scratches on with the label pealing off. overall though still a great console.
update: they put my into contact with the team and i received the replacement wire the very next day. excellent service, do recommend:))

Unit arrived in good time and is in A1 condition that you would not now it had been used.Works perfectly.

Product arrived in good time and packed well. I spent forever trying to set it up it does not connect . I tried connecting to a friends Alexa ... worked perfectly straight away. I would like a replacement or a full refund please...very annoying

Good service
Good service, reasonably fast delivery. Item was well packed and although it was refurbished, you wouldn't know if not for a few minor scuffs on front. Took a bit of a chance ordering from a company I've never heard of, but I'm pleased to say it paid off.
