We love the place. House was nice and clean in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood.Great, supplied kitchen and bathroom. We are definitely coming back.
Great rental option! We had a wonderful experience with them and they were extremely helpful when we had questions.
The house was super cute. Everything was pretty much exactly like they described. I had three issues initially. First being one of the rooms had a dirty comforter on it and no pillows. They had plenty of extra pillows and comforters so that was a easy fix. Second one was one of the beds was on a frame with no legs but on the floor with just a mattress and the dirty comforter. Not at all how it was in the pictures. This was the room with 3 beds in it. The kids were in there so they thought it was cool but that wasnt how the room is pictured on the website. Third issue was alot of the wall outlets and light switches didn't work or we couldn't figure out what switch was for what. The wifi wasn't working but that was due to the outlet not working.
Now the house comes with everything plus things you would need. Its literally less than 15 minutes from everything (beach, boardwalk, broadway, and essential stores). I have to brag on customer service. They were amazing. They handled everything very fast and was willing to make everything right immediately. Loved that. The trip was great and the house was overall nice. Just a few issues but definitely a good place to stay.

My family loved this condo. Very spacious and clean. Perfect beach views.
Their customer service system is not good . They text and email you can talk to a person but You always get a different person that doesn’t know what’s going on so you have to explain it all over again every time . Then they tell you they’ll get ahold of the local team and you never hear anything back I tried 4 times then just gave up. Way too frustrating of an experience! The only reason I continue with Vacasa is because unfortunately they manage alot of units / rooms that I like . So disappointed with Vacasa almost every time . The one exception is Daniella in Kapaa she gets things done !…when you can finally get to her !

The owner is great to work with. The condo is spacious and beautiful. Great area with easy pool and beach access. Close to many great restaurants and entertainment.
This was a beautiful condo, every room was spotlessly clean. The home was well stocked on kitchen utensils bathroom and laundry supplies and games! The deck overlooks the golf course with a view to the ocean. The location is quiet, and the trade winds blow through the condo from the front windows and door out the back doors to the deck. We loved this home.
Reserved a home near Taos Ski Valley 3/15-22/2026 for $3180.89. Toilets were full of feces when we arrived at about 6pm. The odor in the place was horrible. There was no water to the home clearly for some time based on the amount in the toilets. The sink was full of dirty dishes (probably because there was no running water) and sheets/beds were dirty, clearly had not been changed after the previous guests. This was after receiving a message that the place was ready for free early check-in. At about 9pm after multiple calls to the VACASA main line who just said they would get back to us shortly (which they didn't). We moved all the kids and grandma to hotel rooms in Taos, last thing we wanted after a 12 hour drive. The next day I purchased cleaning supplies and went back to try to repair the water myself due to no response. I found the inverter to the well outside was broken and could not be reset. Vacasa has known about this issue since 2023 based on reviews and has done nothing about it. They choose to rent to us in this condition. They did finally contact me the following day and offered a place 1 hour and 15 min away. I took it vs. having to drive home and completely ruin our vacation. We planned on skiing Taos every day and the 2hr 30 min total commute though the mountains was taxing for multiple vehicles, kids and grandma. This is not the vacation we booked. We ended up not skiing 2 of the days planned ($1000s lost for 7 people). We ended up leaving a day early because we did not want to drive to Taos ski valley again. Vacasa did a very partial for the hotel and $50 less than 1 nights stay. The local manager will not return calls. There has been zero response to my multiple requests for a full refund.

This charming house was perfect -- smaller but with plenty of room for up to 8 people. And TWO bathrooms which is a real plus. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and 3 to 4 parking places in back of the house off of the street. It had everything we needed!
They make it a very easy process to check in and out. I have stayed several times and always had a good experience. This room was spacious, even with traveling with 3 kids and a dog. The area felt safe and had an area for my pet to go outside and use the bathroom.
prior homeowner and used this company for property management. Ended our contract in 2023. Received an outstanding invoice for services they claim were provided in 2024. I obviously disputed. They just turned my account over to collections. Impossible company to communicate with and have unethical business practices. homeowners and renters beware.
update to the original post. The company has now promptly responded to me which is appreciative. I will commend the communication today They are now reviewing my case to determine if the charges are valid. I will update depending on the results. Unfortunately, I was forced to pay the balance as the collections agency stated I would be turned over to the credit agencies on April 5th. This obviously did not give me any time to dispute the charges.
UPDATE
The company did reach out to me after the initial review. I provided them documentation regarding my claim but they did not respond to this email or a subsequent email I sent this week. I am now proceeding with a claim through my credit card company regarding fraudulent charges. Again these business tactics should be concerning to any potential homeowner or renter.

Good communication with the company. Easy booking. The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels. Loved the large table that 6-8 people could comfortably sit at. Would absolutely stay here again.
The process with Vacasa has to improve. After I paid the money and booked with VRBO, I received an email from Vacasa; they said I had to verify myself. Ok. Click. I had to upload a picture of my driver license, passport, or birth certificate. Really?! Ok... I'll do it. Nope rejected. Then Vacasa said my booking was cancelled. Didn't say anything about a refund. Call this number. Ok... three calls and an hour plus later I'm told I'm verified, the booking is restored, and I will get a confirming email. Never got the email. Had to call again. ... Oh yes you're confirmed. Would be awesome to get that email. Ditch this system please.

Condo #149 in Sea Pines Villa in Hilton Head was a dump. Worse issue was the sliding glass door was cloudy/ snowy in between panes so that you couldn't see out the door to glimpse the beach. Nasty hair in bathroom drawers. Filthy rug on balcony with filthy cigarette butt and the small table on balcony had never been cleaned. Broken leg on table chair. Broken closet door.

The house was warm and inviting, with comfy furniture. The location was great with quick, easy access to the beach as well as great local restaurants and shops. We loved all the space this house had to offer for our girls weekend. Nothing like having plenty of beds and plenty of bathrooms for a group of gals to get ready in.
I had a very frustrating experience with Vacasa. They attempted to charge me $871.78 for linen services during a time when I was no longer even their customer. During that entire period, I had a long-term rental contract with another company, Stockton Realty, and my property had no Vacasa bookings or services.
I provided Vacasa with clear documentation proving this, yet they ignored multiple emails and never conducted a proper review. There is no accessible phone number for Accounts Receivable, which made it impossible to resolve the issue directly.
Instead of addressing the error, Vacasa sent the account to collections. To protect my credit, I was forced to pay $871.78 for a charge I do not owe. A local Vacasa manager even acknowledged I was no longer a customer and tried to help, but was told to stop communicating with me.
I am still trying to recover my funds and determine whether they also owe me my $500 reserve balance.
This experience reflects extremely poor customer service, lack of accountability, and improper billing practices. I would strongly caution other property owners to monitor their accounts closely and be aware of how disputes are handled.

Great home for a large group, the old charm is amazing. The house had all the essentials you want in a rental and has lots of extras, board games, puzzles, etc.
Beautiful cabin and view to wake up to. Easy to book and clean accommodation on arrival. We'll be using Vacasa when available for the next travels.
Views!!!, location (Fish House close by), spacious interior, good appliances
I used Vacasa for my first time and just got home from our vacation. It will also probably be my last.
The morning of our check in date, I receive a text, NOT a phone call, to tell me that our party of 7 cannot check in to the property that had been booked for weeks. There was a water leak at the property that we had booked. Issues are understandable. Not picking up the phone and actually calling your out of town clients, with a party of 7 to notify them that they must immediately try to secure other lodging at the last minute is absolutely ridiculous. Thank God my phone was actually near me when they text and I saw the message pop up. Otherwise I could have spent many hours preparing to check in to a house that was not able to be checked in to.
So we book another property they have last minute and had an issue with a piece of equipment on the property.(just so happens to be with the tram that takes ONE person at a time to the lake since it is so far from the house (not shown in photos) Call the customer service # that’s on the fridge to call. No answer. Had to leave a voice mail. Didn’t receive a call back so I did a text chat with customer service and told them about the issue. Their response was “Thank you for letting us know”, not “Let us try to get a repair man out to resolve the issue.” So I specifically asked if they’d be sending someone out, and they supposedly sent a local maintenance guy and said the tram was working properly. I have video to show otherwise but Vacasa didn’t care to look in to the situation further.
We also had issues upon check out.
I’ve used many companies but will not be using this one again.
