The location was prime. Walking distance to both town and beach. The house was very clean and had ample space for a family get together. Comfortable and surprisingly roomy. Would highly recommend.
We stayed last two days at Sea Ranch, CA at one of the homes that we reserved for vacation rental. We checked out yesterday. Checkout is 10 am. We were just loading car at 10 am and gray SUV pulled up. It was cleaning lady. She stared at us like she was gone pull out gun the whole time beacuse we were just loading car and she expected us to leave by the time she came. It was 10:00. If that was not enough, she rolls her window down after couple of minutes and was very rude and badgering at us about hurrying up. She knew 3 of us were loading car and our dog was already in car so we will leave in 5 minutes, yet she still rolled window to badger. This is not what we expected when renting these properties in such a luxurious place. Is this how u treat people? What if person has disability or kids or elderly. Don't u think you can have patience for 5 to 10 minutes. Even if you do want to warn people because you are waiting, do it in a kinder and professional manner beacause thats part of customer service.
Pans had food stuck on them. Had to rewash things.
Had to drive otherside of town to get parking permit. On inquiry they told us that they couldnt get it to room before we arrived.
Home owners please hire another company to mamage your home.

I booked one of their homes in Indio through Airbnb on May 1, 2025 for Coachella Music Festival in April 2026. Unfortunately, my reservation was canceled less than 30 days before my arrival because the property was being transferred to a new host and property manager.
Canceling a fully paid reservation this close to a major event like Coachella is extremely disruptive. Availability is very limited and prices for comparable homes are significantly higher.
Why couldn’t my reservation been honored and transferred to the new management company, or at the very least, given priority to rebook the same property.
As a result, I had to spend a stressful week working with Airbnb to secure alternative accommodations at a much higher cost.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend caution when booking with this company for festival season.

We planning trips the flexibility of payment is a plus, and Vacasa has always been great with that option. Pricing compared to other vacation rentals is also a plus. Finally if any problem arise, Vacasa is always available to help.
Reserved a house on the Oregon coast in Bandon for a family reunion gathering 16 family members from three states, booked three months ahead of time. In 20 minutes before check-in they texted saying the refrigerator was broken.
What they didn’t mention was a gas stove that leaked gas in the air without an alarm present in the home. The bedbugs. The septic tank overflowing in the backyard. The lack of any screens on any of the doors downstairs. The lack of kitchen knives that were not broken. The lack of cleaning that had not been done the dirt everywhere, the filth. The broken furniture. The rodents in the kitchen.
Our lives were endangered staying here. After fighting with Vacasa and my credit card company for eight months I had to pay everything except $155 they refunded me for the broken fridge.
They rented a house they knew should never be rented. Everything in the refrigerator was rotten and smelled so bad. They knew way ahead of time at least weeks before 20 minutes before check-in. They knew the stove was broken well ahead of time.
My family found out only right before check-in, after driving with children for multiple hours.
One of the bedrooms didn’t have a door.
One of the beds counted as a queen bed in the house tally is a twin size metal folding frame with coils of springs exposed and a duvet cover over it as a “mattress”!!!!
I am livid still almost a year later. My blood pressure is still elevated and peaks every time I talk about this.
Do yourself a favor: never rent through Vacasa. They do not have your back. They do not clean their homes. They do not maintain their homes. They don’t care if they endanger your life.
We paid over $3100 and got back $155 from a house that should never have been rented and they knew it well before we got there.

Vacasa is a top notch property management company. Very responsive to any questions. Our condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious. I can’t wait to go back.
Great place - excellent location a block from the boardwalk and beach and a block from Rehobeth Avenue with lots of restaurants and shops. Plenty of beds and bedrooms for our family and lots of space in the living room for hanging out. Kitchen was good too. It was great to have 2 bathrooms with bathtubs as well. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

I took 1 star away because the management company is unreliable.The wrong wifi network/password was given. It took us the first hour of our trip trying to log in, calling management for help. We eventually found the router and noticed the log in was completely different than what we were given. The management company never knew that we resolved it on our own since they never got back to us . They said they would call the owner and follow up. There is 1 tv in the living room which has Netflix if you have an account (and wifi). We truly enjoyed the house and our stay. I highly recommend staying there if communication can improve.

The room was very nice and looked like everything had been updated recently. Everything was very clean. Loved sitting on the back deck enjoying the view of the golf course in the evening. Perfect rental for us.
Another BOYS Trip for the books: 2026 Run in the Sun Car Show that my son and I attend yearly. The room was very nice. There was plenty of space. It had all the things we needed to make our trip a successful one, without female assistance (lol).
The cabin itself was mostly great—clean, comfortable, and very much as described. The setting was peaceful, and overall it made for a relaxing stay. The screen in the fireplace needs to be repaired, as it was very difficult to work on only one side of the screen.
The directions were also incorrrect. Do not turn left on Had——, stay on Max—- a few feet, then turn left and left again for unit.
There were a number of small but frustrating & confusing issues throughout the stay, that should have been communicated by the management company, Vacasa, beforehand. It was confusing, with conflicting pricing between Vrbo and Vacasa, and multiple emails that didn’t clearly explain what was provided or what to expect. Basic questions (like firewood, amenities, and supplies) required multiple follow-ups to get clear answers. There were 3 separate instructions regarding check out, email, app, & a book in the unit, all 3 stated different instructions.
During the stay, we ran into several inconveniences, including trouble getting the heat adjusted initially, unclear instructions for the TV/Roku setup, and a DVD player that didn’t work properly. Troubleshooting these issues took significant time, and support was slow, repetitive, and often lacked clear guidance. A maintenance visit was required to get the DVD player to show picture on TV, but there was no clear timing provided, making it difficult to plan our day.
The biggest drawback was the experience with the management company, Vacasa. Communication felt impersonal and inefficient, and it was frustrating not being able to contact the actual owner for straightforward answers. Even simple concerns required extended back-and-forth with limited resolution. It was very clear the management company knew nothing about the specific cabin, and instructions in the room were generic for all their rental properties. The management company did respond, but was frustrating experience. It may be they are all like this, as this was only my second time with VRBO & first with Vacasa.

Great views! House had everything we needed. Even a baby gate for the stairs! Loved how close we were to Wolf Creek. Hoping next time there is more snow at the house!
SCAM- vacationers beware
I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter and her boyfriend rented a condo (vacasa rental through vrbo) and drove from Michigan to Florida. They did have text communication with vacasa prior to the trip. They got down to Florida and there was no reservation in their name at the condo complex. They tried contacting vacasa with the phone number they had been given and the phone number was no longer in service. On top of being scammed by vacasa and not receiving a refund, they then had to find a hotel during spring break and pay for the hotel on top of the money they lost being scammed by vacasa. I have also rented a vacasa property and it was not as pictured. It was also filthy upon arrival. I highly suggest avoiding vacasa if you would like to have an enjoyable vacation. I was also not aware that if you do not respond to their Trust Pilot response within 3 days, they will not review the issues. So, I am here again to hopefully get this nightmare resolved.

Wonderful communication. Lovely unit in the perfect location. It had everything we needed. The water views were breathtaking. The amenities were top notch. We can’t wait to come back!
My wife and I decided to stay here for our 20th wedding anniversary.
This place did not disappoint, it was exactly what was described. The whole place was fantastic, the beds were very comfortable. The spa was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Will definitely consider staying here again.
Everything was awesome. We had a great time and the cabin was beautiful and loaded with amenities.
Very lovely condo, clean and comfy. Kitchen is well -stocked. Quiet and scenic views on golf course and lots of species of birds to watch on the lanai each morning. Lots of towels, etc nice pool. Beach nearby is easy to swim in.
Vacasa staff were very responsive to any needs. We were there 7 weeks in late January to mid-March. So, things come up over time. Vacasa service was very fast and friendly.
Only thing is old TV that is not really "smart". But we were there for 7 weeks so watched more TV than if we had a short vacation. Owner should replace. It's not in Vacasa for that. Vacasa quickly got Spectrum out to replace internet that was old and kept failing
We would rebook and enjoyed our stay.
