I had to put a star so I could write a review otherwise it would be ZERO, NONE, ZILCH! AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

If I could leave zero stars I would! The item I recieved wasnt as describes, completely different. I was offered £3 off and to keep the item. I decided to return it, China and cist be just under £20 but I'd still recieve approx £14 refund. The company took 9 days to reply to me, their window is 14 days to return. It waa a bank holiday. I sent on the 15th day. I was denied a refund!! I would have bern better off taking the £3! Cost alot if money fir absolutely nothing at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They replied to emails to begin with then stopped and they bounce back and states email not recognised!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS and that cost will be on you. What they do is offer a product then send you something cheap and nasty and this is called BAIT AND SWITCH. The 30-day refund is NON-REFUNDABLE as the email you send will be returned as not delivered. This company needs reporting to Trading Standards for the practices they use. DO NOT BIY FROM THEM AND REPORT THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY

valentique-shop this is a scam this company send you a WiFi extender and not the WiFi roaming system advertised. They will not correspond withe you as they have disabled the email address and the telephone number. Stay away from these scammers. Read the reviews before entering into and commitment.

0 stars. SCAMMERS. Never received what I ordered. Emailed so many times only to get a reply saying it's still on it's way. Last email keeps getting returned saying invalid email address. DON'T SEND MONEY.

I received my order which was supposed to be a no finger prick blood sugar monitor. What I got was an item that didn’t work. Put the batteries in new ones, tried multiple different ones. Contacted them eventually got a reply. Still trying to get my money back. But they have you over a barrel as this need to be returned to China at your expense. They’re advert is very impressive but be aware it’s a complete scam. I was offered a discount on my next purchase, I don’t think I’m that stupid.

Terrible. Wrong item received and wanted me to return at my expense or keep for a 10% discount. Don't touch with a bargepole! Total waste of money and false advertisements, all they want is your money and won't help resolve issues

I would put minus if I could! I purchased an item, received a package 2 weeks later with a completely different item, of quality comparable to what you'd get in a kinder egg and which did not work. I have emailed all the email addresses on their site but they just bounce back. Avoid at all cost!

Every time I try to contact the shop I have failed, it has to be another scam as I cannot get any info about my order

This is a scam company to avoid at all costs! Do NOT order anything from these criminals as you won’t get what you ordered and their customer service does not exist so you won’t get a refund! Dont get scammed!

Valentique just one big rip off after another,the item i bought was not as advertised and sub standard for what it was,they do not reply to emails,they should be taken down by trading standards

If I could give no stars I would. Made an order and wrong item delivered. Tried a number of email addresses but mailerdemon has returned them all. Look at their web site and all the reviews show a favourable Trust Pilot Review, but it’s all false.

i ordered a Wi-Fi thing from them, it never arrived, (Say's it was Delivered) i have tried calling them no answer, email'd loads of times & no response. i would give them a wide birth.

I purchased a Roamifi in good faith on 20th May. What arrived after a long wait was a cheap wifi extender. Not what was advertised - sent emails asking for a refund and all my emails have been ignored. This company is a scam - I wish I'd read the reviews first....lesson learned! I'm now going down the road of advising my bank I've been scammed and hopefully they will resolve on my behalf. Will also be contacting Facebook with a complaint.

I wouldn't nit even rate a 1 star. Ordered 2 boxes for tv which were supposed to give me every station possible. Received 2 pieces of rubbish. Contacted them and they asked me to send pictures. Now no emails are going through to them. Total scam.

What an absolute crock of tosh.
The item I received was nothing like what I ordered.
It would have cost less in a pound shop.
Can't return it because the address is unrecognisable and it would have to be returned at my expense.

Only had to choose 1 star because it’s the lowest available. Did not receive my original order but a very cheap alternative nothing like it at all. Tried to call the contact phone number given but it never connected. Also tried to email and sent a written request to return the unwanted item for a refund but also to no avail! I would advise to stay clear of this SCAM site!!!

This is worst of worst online experience I have ever had I would never Ever recommend this shit site to anyone please do not order anything from them they are a SCAM site

Brought anywhere wiring sent something completely different. Then when asked for a redund emails stopped going threw. Big scam! Avoid at all cost

provide proper email address and phone numbers so customers can return items not correct or suitable at least answer emails.
