Arrived today broken and not a blood sugar tester. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering. Site needs shutting down as they are praying on people who are already ill and are looking for a painless way to check their blood sugar. Scam site stealing money off the vulnerable

I ordered a DiabeCheck monitor only to be sent a Pulseoxemeter. Have been trying to contact the company but without success. The company is quick to send you emails but you cannot respond.

Have fallen for this scam too. Ordered what I thought was a non-invasive diabetic sugar check monitor and what I received is a poor cheap oximeter. No batteries were included so had to put my own ones in and it still does not work. Have emailed their customer service to get a refund but don't hold out much hope of getting a response. Please don't order from this company.

Like some of the other people on the reviews also like me ordered the monitor for checking blood sugar I also received the pulse monitor I am really disappointed I wish I had of read the reviews they will not even reply to message or email definitely not ordering from them again

This is the second time I've ordered a diabetic blood tester and this company have sent me a PULSE FINNGERTIP Oximeter.

This company is a scam. What I ordered was not what I received, and when I complained and asked for a refund, I was told the period for returns and refunds had lapsed and that what I ordered was what I received. I ordered a DiaberCheck, and received a cheap plastic contraption called a Pulse Oximeter!

1 star and that’s only because there is no option for anything less. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this scam company. I ordered 2 blood glucose monitors and received 2 plastic blood oxygen monitors, cheap nasty things. I had ordered for a friend who is partially sighted and can no longer see to do the finger prick or read the result. So my friend is no further forward and every time I see an advert for this monitor it always reverts to Valentique. Social media should be ashamed of themselves for advertising these scam companies. Having read the reviews I see no point in trying to contact the company but it has made me more wary of buying online

This company is a complete scam.Do not buy from them. Advertised as blood glucose monitor but turned out to be a cheap blood oxygen/ pulse meter.
Fortunately paid via PayPal so got a refund.

If I could have given them nil star I would have. These people are nothing but con artists. I ordered two roamifi units for around £29.00. These THIEVES gladly took my money. They didn’t provide any tracking information only an order number. When I emailed them it took over a week for them to get back to me. I answered all their questions and they asked the same questions over a period of several weeks. They give the impression THEY CARE BUT the questions they ask you can tell they don’t. INSTAGRAM should stop advertising their services. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THEM THEY’RE CONMEN AND THIEVES WHO WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED CASH

I placed an order on 15/04/2026 for 2 items at a cost of £28.90 with no receipt or details of return address. At the end of April I emailed them for the return address and was told the had to be returned within 14 days, subsequent conversations said that I could return them at my expense and then they would refund my money, the return address was in China comprising 5/6 lines which would defie recognition and cost me £19.50. My card company cannot help as I must give them proof of postage and then they will refund my money after 15 days BUT not including the postage!!

This company is useless. They trade on internet under different trading names. My first order that I made was not the item I ordered, they made many threats of legal action against me which cannot be enforced under UK law. Because they use many trading names I ordered the item I wanted and they sent me the same wrong item. DO NOT TRUST this business

Scam, blatant and follows the usual format of- you buy, they send the wrong and much cheaper product but to get a refund you must send the item back to China tracked. The cost is higher than the value of their sent item so you cut your losses and throw their items away and they get your money.
I am trying to find a way to get this in to someone who will take action and close this lot down. Whatever, don't buy anything.

Do not order anything from this company. Out and out fraudsters - like others I stupidly ordered what was advertised as a blood sugar monitor - in fact ordered two! - received cheap plastic oximeters which did not work. Trying to get my money back from them is useless - complained after I received the items - they told me I was outside of the return/refund policy. BEWARE!

Valentique Shop⁠� is simply a scam. My order worth almost €30 ended up in the trash, because customer service only offered either a 25% refund or the option to return the item at my own expense to… China and then wait for my money back. The product has absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered, yet the agent keeps insisting it’s the same item. I hope nobody ever buys anything from this godforsaken store.

I didn’t want to put any stars because they deserve it, I order something on line for nearly a month it didn’t arrive and when it did it was something completely different, I emailed them and they said they upgraded the item which it’s absolutely bs because you could buy the “upgraded “ in a Poundland shop, bare in mind that I’ve been asking for my refund and I wanted to return the item they send an address which did not make any sense that even the post office couldn’t understand or find the place so I emailed them again and now this woman Vivian replied that the time frame for my refund it’s now gone , over can’t get it again baring in mind that I have been asking them for nearly a month for an address and my refund, can this company be checked out so they can stop scamming other people please, it’s so unfair to be treated like that, so I said at the beginning I wish there was a minus star to give them, they are absolutely horrible, disgusting people as I’m reviewing I can’t put stronger words to give them.

Since you ordered, you cannot cancel it. Do not trust whatever they advertise. Too bad.

I saw an advert for a Streaming device and purchased the item. When it arrived, it was not as advertised but was a Google Chromecast. I complained to the seller and pointed out that I was not satisfied with my purchase. Their advert states that, if not 100% satisfied, a full refund would be given. When I requested a refund and after numerous emails, I was told that I would have to return the item, at my expense, to their " only" warehouse which is in China. I have read many reviews regarding this company and wish I had done so before getting involved with them. It seems that they are doing the same thing with all their customers. They are not a legitimate trader and are scamming customers. My advice is DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. They seem to be trading under numerous names.

Keep well away. I placed a order. I was sent a cheap item nothing like what i ordered. Then kept saying its been updated. But it was nothing like what i ordered, what they did send i could by for less than half ths price i paid. Even though i contacted them immediately after it arrived. After finding a email address. Each time it took them 5 days to reply. 4 tomes they said it was a updated version. But it was a totally different item. Then they offered me 10% so £4 back. Or return for a full refund, but it had to go to china at my cost. Even though the item came from the UK. Then they said it was now over 14 days. So out of time, even though i was in touch from day 1. So they just want your money. So keep well away. Be warned, you want get what you paid for.

That is being kind of. If there were negative stars that is what I would send . They sent completely the wrong product, and having read other reviews it seems that is what they are doing all the time. What they sent me could be bought on Amazon for £5.00 . My advice don’t touch them . You’ll regret it 😡😡

Fake goods received, they item I ordered was not what I received, I ordered a diabetic finger monitor, that had 3 functions one of which was the mml ( the most important one). The cheap knock off i received only had two functions and NOT the important one. They said i could return it to a an address in chins with 14 days of delivery for a refund even though they have an address in London. FAKE FAKE FAKE ... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
