Products are not what they claim you have purchased.i strongly advise DO NOT BUY anything from this app .
You send emails and they dont even have the dignity to replay so STAY CLEAR !!!!

I ordered a blood glucose monitor and received an oxymeter instead. Valentique sent an email asking about my experience but didn't act on my reply even though they claim to reply within 24 hours. I tried again a week later but still no response. Avoid this company!

This is very obviously a scam and, like so many reviews here I ordered a blood glucose meter but received a pulse oxymeter. They were very unhelpful and eventually offered me 10 % refund. I complained to PayPal who gave me an immediate full refund. I'm astonished that Facebook allows scammers like this to advertise on their website. I shall no longer be buying anything that is advertised on Facebook.

An absolute scam out of China operated by covert bottom feeders..
Like so many others I have been left high&dry and poorer..
What I recieved was a cheap, non functioning imitation of what was advertised..

Ordered a DiabCheck to monitor sugar without finger prick. Just now received a Pulse Oximeter which I did not order and do not need. Unable to send an email to them. Obviously a scam

I too ordered a blood sugar device at £25 and received a cheap oximeter for measuring oxygen in the blood
This is cheating and seems common practice from those selling from China as it’s happened with other items which are not from this particular company

Do not buy anything from this so called company it’s a scam from china i thought i was getting 2 finger machines to test your blood sugars as im a type 2 diabetic I received in the post 2 oxometers with no battery there not even worth a pound each im glad my bank managed to get my money back this company doesn’t even respond to emails its a con they will take your money and palm you off with little plastic machines that do not do what you paid for stay away do not buy anything from them scammers

If I could put 0 I would. Item ordered was not what arrived. What was sent was substandard and not fit for purpose. Delivery took weeks. Can’t contact them number not a valid one. Don’t waste your money please

I wish I had seen reviews before making a purchase, they are complete scammers.
I was advised my order would arrive from England in 3 days; I received a very low quality item from China that does not resemble my order and took a couple of weeks.
They advertise on Facebook as a sponsored page and this should not be allowed.
I tried every email, phone number I could find to request a refund but none of them exist

Scammers. The item I received was not what I ordered and it didn't work. I contacted PayPal , sent them photos of my order and the product I received and they refunded me immediately.
They should be banned from social media.

Exactly the same experience as everyone else. Dad was totally scammed.
Can this company be reported under Trading Standards ?

9No communication. A terrible experience with this company. Should not be allowed to advertise. Goods were low standard and not as shown. Never again have anything to do with this company.

Complete Scammers.It's a cheap Pulse Meter.If you want to check your Blood Pessure the armband type is the only way.

Every now and then you get scammed, this is one of those times. Unfortunately, they are allowed to advertise on social media. You get what you pay for and if we are honest, the product is an embarrassment and nothing like the portrayal video that we all bought into. Move on…lesson learned!

Unfortunately could not give zero stars . I ordered a RoamiFi as advertised on instagram,company seemed good as they sent plenty of Emails updating you on where product was . But what arrived was a cheap WiFi Repeater. I mailed them and my email bounced back as it said the mail address was either full or not in use . They even had the check to send a mail to ask did I receive item . Total scam company I was robbed.

.My bank has given me compensation refund for this and is trying to get money back from their bank at the moment .They also gave me credit card for future purchases. I sent for item and paid over £25 for it .They took weeks to deliver but then sent me a different product worth a pound estimate .and not the item ordered.I cannot message them on email they got on site .Crooks .stolen my money and should be in jail .How do I get money back ?would advise all not to buy from this company .Should shut their site and trading down .No reply from them .says mailbox not working .

I would give this a minus star if I could. Ordered a product and the product that arrived was NOT what I ordered.

COMPLETE SCAM ORDERED 2 BLOOD SUGAR MONITORS RECIEVED 2 RUBBISH OXIMETERS. TOTALLY UNABLE TO CONTACT BY E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE.

Company can stop selling goods which are not what they claimed. Long time to wait for delivery which is inferior and not wanted or needed!!
