Valk Cadeaucard

Gisteren een cadeaucard besteld van 200,00 euro. Bij het bestellen wordt er een transportverzekering berekend van 6 euro, deze verzekering is geen optie maar wordt standaard berekend. Ok, vooruit dan maar. Bestelling afgerond en betaald. De volgende dag krijg ik een mail met activatiecode van ValkCadeaucard. Zonder activatie is de kaart dus waardeloos staat er letterlijk in de mail. Activeer pas nadat de kaart is ontvangen staat er ook nadrukkelijk in de mail.
Dus wat is het nut van de transportverzekering? Ik heb geen idee.
Gebeld met ValkCadeaucard en de dame aan de telefoon kon het me ook niet uitleggen. Ze probeerde ook niet mijn klacht op te lossen.
