I never recieved the item I purchased. This is a complete theft. I'm not happy with this fraudulent company .

SCAM SCAM SCAM
I want to give this bogus company minus 5 stars. The items never arrived. The seller didn't communicate with me and they even took their website down.
DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY

SCAM!! Got completely ripped off. My order said it was delivered but I did not receive anything. Replied to the delivery email and it bounced back saying the order was invalid. No response to any emails after that. I will always review sellers before a purchase from now on!

Total scam.

Order placed in November 2024. Received email notices indicating my package was: on its way, out for delivery and then delivered.

Not a THING arrived. NOTHING!

Worse yet, not a SINGLE response from MULTIPLE emails sent to two of their customer service addresses.

NO PRODUCT DELIVERED. ZERO response.

Fraudulent scam.

Scammers. Did not receive despite it indicated it was delivery. Their email is not active. No response to my emails.

TOTAL SCAMMERS USING HONESTY AS A PLOY TO DECEIVE.
I ordered a tuning fork on 7.10.24 which I had to return. Contacted Daniel by email at customer service who wrote back that there would be no problem to send it back as they had a 45 day return policy.
It was sent back on 5.11.24.

Daniel stated in his email, that I should just keep the tracking slip and send them a screenshot on sending so they could refund the cost of posting, with the cost of the item being refunded on receipt.
This lulled me into a false sense of security.
'Yes there are still honest traders in the world'....so I thought.

As it turned out they are totally dishonest.
There is no answer at all now to my emails, even though I received a notification from the postal service that the item has arrived in Poland.
No refund for post of $26.80 nor the tuning fork, no answer from Daniel....the enthusiasm shown has wained now that approximately $100 is due.

As I stated previously....BEWARE!!

They sent email saying product was delivered and it was NOT, AND I have emailed them 4 times over last month to the customer service email address they provide and NO RESPONSE!!

Never received my order. They took my money and supposedly delivered my order to Temple, Texas, USA, which is where lots of other people that didn't get their orders got 'delivered to. Their so called Company is on Australian SCAM ALERTS. They are nothing but financial FRAUDSTERS!!

Products never received. Spent loads of money. Sent emails - no response, tried to call and got EE answer phone message

*Update*
My review was for VAMEND! I believe they may be scam artists playing off the similarity of names to Valmand.
I Never received product from VAMEND, not Valmand!
