Very Bad experience with this application. I transferred money using this app. After 48 hours they are telling that due to some technical issue we are not able to process.
When ask for the refund, they are telling 48 hours more needed to for refund. Almost 4 to 5 days th3 mental tensions I faced no body can't understand. Still my money not credited back to my account.

Using this app is utterly pointless
Using this app is utterly pointless. My advice is to save yourself the time and money—avoid it entirely. They provide no support when issues arise. In my case, they deducted the funds, but even after 24 hours, the money was not credited to the destination account. There are no customer service numbers to call, and the in-app chat is unresponsive, even after spending hours trying to get help. Don't waste your time or money on this app.

I am so very pleased with Vance. I made few transfers to India and I had no issues at all. The money got transferred very quick except for once, but the support team sorted it out for me with ease. The response time with the customer support may be a bit slower, which makes you anxious, nonetheless the issue has been resolved for me quick. Thank you Vance

Untrustworthy app. No one is responsible for prompt reply , they are responding to mail after 1 day or 2 . Also no links are provided to upload new ID . Finding much difficult to get contact with support team. Last year they hold my money for 7 days without transferring to my Indian account. Now I am unable to do anything in this application

VANCE USING OUR MONEY FOR TRADING ELSEWHEREß
Made transfer of 5K euro, money is deducted and also transaction shows completed on the app. but even after 40 hours money didnt arrive. Contacted on chat, they gave a bank reference which was not recognised by the beneficiary bank ( india bank account). They they provide a new information that the transfer is initiated through NEFT,...money didnt arrive. Again contacted vance chat, now they say it will take 72 hours.
Overall it appears, the money which you transfer is used elsewhere for trading by vance!. Hence huge delays in transfers every transaction and everytime the same problem.
Please beware your MONEY is always stuck for several days/week and caution with bigger sums of money. One fine day if this app shuts down abruptly, there is no one to reach to!.

Fraud and scammed by Vance
Really wish I could do zero star for Vance,Very ridiculous situation and customer service from them. I’ve transferring money from Uk on 13th March and till today 20th money haven’t credited and moreover it showing money transferred yesterday.Never came across such an appalling customer service ever in my life,I just getting automated apologies as replies and no action taken.I keep on requesting for transaction code to go through bank to check,never given as I would go to ombudsman and complain about there fraudulent activities.
It’s not just me as I came to know around 50-60 ppl in an Facebook group I run having same issues with Vance.
My transaction id - 2HE8GHVWQQ, If my transaction not processed, I would definitely take necessary action so that atleast others will be saved from Scam company.

I had a very bad experience. I sent money 10 days ago and still have not received the money by my recipient nor has it been returned to my account. They do not have any customer service contact number, and they never reply to my emails. The app is useless, and they only provide repeated apologies in recorded messages. I am very worried. This app's official partner is Lulu Exchange. I really don't understand how an established firm can operate like this. Do not trust this app. It seems like a scam.

I have send Aed 5000 to india through vance app on March 17 12:45 am and the estimated transfer time mentioned was 24 hrs . But now its already 48 hrs . Till now the amount has not been credited, and now they are saying through mail and chat that it is credited from their , and i confirmed with bank that it has not been credited

Worst app and worst service, I have transferred 2421 GBP to my Indian account on 16th march and it’s 19th today and the transfer is still in processing stage. I’m so stressed as i need this money for medical purposes. If something happens wrong who will take the responsibility.
Im going to sue this company if I don’t get money transferred asap or send it back to my UK account. I will also raise a complaint with Financial Ombudsman Services.
Poor customer service
This is to get an update on my money transfer reference number UQ6F5FPTSY which was transferred on Sunday at 1600 from UK to India. It is still in process.
I want to know when will they get transferred? I am trying to contact the help centre but of no gain.
