Parcel never arrived, even after paying for next day delivery. Dan, did a great job at informing me of what he could do to help after my parcel arrived yet couldn’t chase up royal mail to find my package and get it sorted. Not really your company’s fault but could have done better to help out a customer. Unfortunately i won’t return to use your website unless the parcel arrives eventually and i’ll take up the offer of free shipping and discounted price on a new order.

Delivery was quick but I have had to throw one away as once I replaced it it leaked and as there wasnt clear instructions to follow for changing them it may been user error, picking the replacement was a bit of a nightmare as the site isnt easy to navigate
