Good Safe But...
Good safe but the new app update doesn't work with older WiFi safes so I have to use 2 Vaultek apps AND I have to keep the safe plugged in at all times? Really? That wasn't very well thought out. I wish you still sold the older version WiFi compatible 30 series.

I purchased the Vaultek DS5i Smart Station safe which I happen to REALLY like. I contacted your customer support and was fortunate to have connected with Morgan. Morgan was professional, listened to what the issue was. He then walked me through the troubleshooting process. He saved me from a potential negative experience and turn it into a positive one. I work in a similar environment and I understand the demands of the job. Morgan is an exceptional representative for Vaultek. Give this man a raise, bonus, or a gift card for his professionalism.

Great customer service
I purchased a Vaultek safe for my truck about 5 years ago and was very happy with the product. The controls stopped working so I contacted the company. They offered to service it even though it was out of warranty, with no cost to me except to ship it there. It was not repairable, but they sent a like-new refurbished unit that works just like brand new. I was very impressed with their level of service and they have earned a lifelong customer.

Amazing company!!!
Absolutely incredible customer service!! I purchased my Vaultek lockbox and the previous owner didn’t include the keys. Within one business day Vaultek completely resolved the issue. My product is high quality and I am looking forward to using it! Thanks so much Vaultek!! I will definitely be recommending their products to…everyone!!

Safe and Sound
Living in an apartment, I needed a safe that was practical, secure, and manageable in size and weight. This one checked all the boxes. It was reasonable to bring in, yet once set up, it feels solid and secure.
The customizable interior is fantastic. You can configure most of the space to suit your setup, which makes organization easy. It’s clean-looking, well-designed, and blends in nicely without screaming “gun safe.”
Access is quick and simple for authorized users, which was important to me. Overall, I’m very pleased with it and would absolutely recommend it.
