Can anyone please advise me how to get this company from stop causing me stress over a 6 year old fine I contested at the time which recently vehicle control must have acquired , I have reluctantly been paying what they asked in instalments just to try get then off my back but no one acknowledges my payments and I've emailed/ phoned with no reply, just more threatening stressful letters .. PLEASE can someone help me for this to stop its affecting my health!! If anyone from vehicle control has the decency to contact me to discuss ..we shall see !!

Terminally dishonest and unprofessional crooks. £100 fine for nothing. Filed appeal immediately, then received another demand for £100 a week later.

Appeal result due after 28 days, more than 30 days ago.

We'll see each other in court I guess, unless I pay the charge under protest and claim the money back from the retailer who promised "Free Parking".

Absolute fraudsters. Tried sending me fake letters about bailiffs, when infact the court had barred them taking action against myself. Ring the county court direct as they are helpful, if in doubt.

Absolutely ruthless this company will do whatever it takes to get money out of people absolute scum bags the owner will get what’s coming to him

Thieving scum...been chasing me for £160 for about 3 years,sad acts.I’ll pay it just to stop the harassment.low life filthy little rats

They sent me a ticket modifying my name to humiliate me, I complained saying why did they send that and the answer was it was taken from DVLA by a third party, they never provided the name of that 3rd party (it doesn’t exist for sure) and in DVLA my name is perfectly written. A bunch of racists bullies.

Aggressive money making company. Will hound and threaten you but not reply to your response. Their tactic is to scare you into paying money that is simply not owed. Sadly they abuse the court system to bolster their mafia type operation. How are they allowed to do this is? They must be fought rather than rolling over to their demands.

Absolutely horrible company. Issued a ticket to me for my own personal parking space on very sketchy grounds along with many other tenants of the same car park. Once found their own enforcement vehicle parked in my own space. I followed the correct process, decided not to pay after appeal. Got letters quoting ludicrous sums of money. I eventually caved in and arranged to pay after going through mediation following the start of the process of being taken to court, paid the money on the day of the agreement (5 years after the actual event). Still got threatened with court again a year later even though money had been paid as per the agreement. They never responded to any of my complaints or even just to the evidence I gave them that payment had been made. No idea how they get away with it.

just recieved a letter for 100 quid for lettin my gf out of the passenger side door to let her sit in the back with her sick child btw had covid symptoms ...states online before entering testing area you not allowed to leave your car and please be in the back of the car with the child ...so the only logical rhing to do is allow my girlfriend out before turning left and sit her with her daughter ..takes no longer than 6 seconds to from 1 door to another .noone was behind me or infront of me the road was dead ..and im chatged with stopping in no stopping zone to go to a covid centre ...i just dont get these *ucking money grabbing low life scumbags if they know the new law especially covid places then understand scum!!!

Stopped to ask driver of mobile van where I could get coffee as petrol station shut which he helpfully told me then received fine in post appealed on line and heard nothing after 28 days wrote to them again heard nothing after another week emailed them got a reply from chersie saying somebody would contact me (22nd dec) then 31st dec got debt collection letter for 160 pounds payment within 14 days (6th jan)that's 6 days this lot are cowboys and I'll have my day in court they want shutting down RIP off merchants p.s stopped for 8 seconds to ask !!!!!!!

As suggested by others recording a review on this site, this organisation is simply not interested in offering a fair service for those with exceptional circumstances surrounding a parking issue, moreover they see each event purely as a revenue generating solution. I blame the organisations whom outsource these parking control services to unscrupulous and uncaring companies, such as this one, as much as them. It is very sad that an 83 year pensioner can be taken advantage of. East Midlands Airport should be embarrassed.

Another example of a useless company leeching off people and taking their money, car park was full and there was a grey area that looked like a parking bay with another car parked there. Only in the shop for 30 minutes, yet they had enough time to dispatch a person to issue the PCN.
Deplorable behaviour and truly a parasitic company that has no value in society.

Awful company.. Hounded me for 3years over an alleged parking offence while taking an 86yr old lady shopping. Paid the PCN just for peace of mind. Company ignored my appeals letter, and unable to contact anyone. They should be investigated, and practices curtailed.

I happened to stop for 20 seconds (according to them) at Bristol Airport, while waiting for the car in front to go through the barrier for the drop off and pick up carpark. And was fined £100.
Despite giving our reasons for the short stop and even telling them that we had then entered the carpark. They still said that I had committed the offence and had NO further grounds to contact them. My partner was too concerned, that we would get a further fine, that she paid it.
They are nothing more than a bunch of crooks and hopefully will enter Dante's Inferno at step 8!

Gained pcn for allegedly spending 10hrs parked in one of their carparks in which I take and pick up my partner from work most days for months without issue am now placing an appeal as an not stupid enough to have stayed there that long. The shop front is on the carpark. I have sent complaint email as well as appeal so far with no response tried to contact them via phone all automated no actual person to speak to!!

Awful company I can not believe they are allowed to rip people off this way. They sent me a letter before claim for an alleged pcn from Feb 2017 , no previous correspondence received.
Unhelpful and cocky attitude.
They were unwilling to help with coming to an agreement and only out to grab our hard earned money.
Have read a few comments that members of VCS staff have responded too on Facebook and their attitude is awful. Sounds like they have the lowest of the low working there.

Quite literally a company made to con people.

They issued a parking 'fine' at my residence. They took me to court and lost. Now its their final day to pay their costs or they'll be getting a visit from the bailiffs.

Do NOT cave in and pay any 'fines'. Do your research early, and you'll easily beat these fraudsters.

This company has absolutely no ethics, no morals. It's predator, spider catching you in its web. Dishonesty is a synonym for this company.

Not interested in doing what they are paid to do. Car park is never patrolled at appropriate times despite a complaint being sent (and ignored/not responded to)
